Had a great experience here with my son when he had to have a procedure done. Front the registration staff, nurses, radiology tech and billing, they were all very friendly and professional. As a healthcare professional, I would highly recommend this place to receive care for your little one.

My grandson had tubes put in this morning. As soon as he came out of surgery your staff was rushing my daughter out the door. She called me sobbing very bad and my grandson was screaming. I told her she should’ve said something and she did but y’all were to worried to get her out the door. What happened to putting a patient first and the patient being watched for a period of time after being under anesthesia? Now she’s driving home very upset with an upset 2 year old. How disgusting and shameful of your hospital!!!!

I went for surgery a few years ago it was fine but last Saturday my sister was really sick from her appendix maybe caused of appendicitis the thing that triggers me is the fact that I can’t even visit because only 2 people can that makes no sense like my mom hasent been home for 2 days and I can’t even see her like come on

Terrible experience at this "ER". The wait time was terrible. The "doctor" who had seen us McBride, DO was rude, abrasive, and not very knowledgeable. I would rather go anywhere else than this hospital again.

Ryan, Rn. and Joy, RN on C4200s took exceptional care of my granddaughter during her 2 day stay after surgery. They both were very attentive, patient, and kind. We desperately need more nurses like them, keep up the great work, be blessed, and stay safe❤️.

Children's Medical Center Dallas Arrived in your ER at 7:30 PM. Waited five hours and my sons name was never called. People who arrived after us where seen first. When we left I am talked down too by Jose. Who is telling me I am refusing service and I’m explaining I am not refusing service. It’s been five hours with an autistic kid waiting to be seen. Fever, stomach pain, racing pulse and vomiting is not something we can wait five hours for. You have to do better. Several people walked out and it’s scary to think the kids didn’t get the care they needed!!!

I always get treated very well when I bring my children. Nurses are nice most of the time.

This greedy hospital purchased every pulmonologist in the area enduring that coverage would be afforded to children whose parents have insurance that is not accepted.
