La final de espera es muy larga; llevé a mi hija por urgencias tenía tos, vomito y aun asi esperamos por 4 horas y decidimos irnos porque no nos decían nada. Hay qué pasar por muchos filtros preguntando lo mismo para que no te atiendan.

From the bottom of my heart, I am incredibly grateful for the care my child received at Children’s Medical Center Dallas. During one of the most difficult and frightening moments of our lives, every single staff member treated us with kindness, compassion, and true professionalism. They didn’t just care for my child they cared for us as a family. One moment that truly touched my heart was when a social worker came into our room and gifted us two $15 cafeteria cards without us even asking. Such a simple yet meaningful gesture made us feel seen, supported, and not alone. No parent ever wants to face an emergency with their child, but life can change in an instant. In those moments, having a place like this makes all the difference. This hospital is filled with people who genuinely care, and I will always be thankful for the love and support they gave us.🤍✨🙏🏼

Teniamos cita a las 8pm y duraron mas de 3 horas en atendernos!!!

This is our third time staying at this hospital. My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes our first trip here then 2 more trips for her sugar after. Each time was for multiple days so with that being said, this place is absolutely amazing. The doctor's and nurses are absolutely amazing and go above and beyond!! This hospital needs way more praise than they actually get!

Thank you thank you to all the staff @ the ER department! The care, attention, patience of giving a 6 year old stitches was truly outstanding. Dr.Ball/Bill is definitely a child whisperer. Our little one didn’t retain the trauma from being there thankfully-he remembers the popsicle, car toys and watching cartoons. ❤️ Bless you all to continue and doing what you are doing! We need you!

I got open heart surgery years ago. And while they did an amazing job and the valve is still doing amazing years later, the surgeon/nurse paralyzed my left vocal cord. It has never gotten better and has affected my life in so many ways. I wish they had explained this could be a risk. They never once mentioned it could happen. Now I struggle to be heard in any slightly loud place and my throat often hurts from strain.

It has been about 3 years since the atrocious incident at the exray dept happend. But to this day I cannot forget how a little girl of 11 months was manhandled by two what looked like thugs in hospital uniforms. They pinned the little baby down to forcefully take her exrays while the baby was crying screaming in pain as the two huge women and man that was also yelling at the baby to keep her still so they can take her scans. I was so horrified at what was undolding before us that we had to stop the scanning before passing out at the suffering of the poor baby at the hands if those hospital thugs in the exray dept 3years ago. To this day. My blood boils at the thought of whT that baby was put through. I hope and pray those thugs are no longer working there and that proper care is taken at who ever has to work with young babies and children show a empathetic and patient approach in dealing with children. For a facility that specializes in children’s care, this setup is unacceptable. What was meant to be a helpful visit may have ended up being a horrific experience For a children’s hospital, this experience was absolutely appalling to this day. I can never forget.

My 3 years old great nephew had open heart surgery, 2 days later he was eating, playing, and most importantly smiling. He had music therapy and a dog visit the day after surgery. The staff is to be commended, thank you

Absolute trash of an hospital, they’ll make you wait an hour filling the paper work no matter the emergency and the front desk has no idea of privacy or privacy officer, it’s a joke

After a previous visit in the past, where my child had covid and when brought in... and wasnt tested by anyone... we started going to Children Plano... I would recommend that campus 1000 time over! If you have the time, go to the Plano campus, it is quite literally a night and day difference!!
