WORST CLINIC : My appt was at 1:20pm. Their 12 noon did not show up. They then sent an Uber to my house while I was in the shower for a 12:37pm drop off. I am telling my attorney: Please tell Comprehensive Spine to stop bugging me. They keep calling me for an injection. Finally, I said I would go (even though we talked about Dr writing letter for surgery)…I was in the shower for my 1:20pm appt and the Uber was at my house an hour and a half early. Someone had tried calling asking if I could go at 12 noon, I said no because I have an Uber. That person then changed my appt time for arrival at 12:37pm NOT 1:20pm. I was in the middle of a shower and went down in 3 minutes only to find Iber driver had left. When I called Comprehensive Spine and asked why they changed the pick up time so last minute they just said I had to be there early and to go back downstairs. I was mad that I went down with wet clothes and wet hair only for the Comprehensive Spine scheduler to waste my time on my day off. I am refusing treatment at this clinic and going somewhere were the schedulers do not change my appt last minute without my consent.

I have been with Comprehensive Spine for over a year now. I had great care with them for my meds and injections that I needed for my condition. When it came to scheduling my surgeries they say I needed to improve my conditions and return to work they failed to follow thru. I have used almost all my FMLA hours waiting for surgeries to be scheduled. I have never experienced anything like it. I am in tears because they were suppose update me after my visit yesterday and have not done so. I pray I don't lose my job because of this.

Extremely hard to contact. They wont let you talk directly to a Dr, without an appt. even after being a patient for over a year. I dont believe they even know any of their patients by their name. They shuffle you in and out without much communication. Since they started treating me I have taken 2 steps backwards. The people that answer the phone for them are extremely rude. The follow up appts, by phone are not with the Dr. they are with an assitant that reads your file as theyre speaking to you. Therefore have no idea what your real condition is.

Tuve mi visita hoy. Con Kassi McElroy me puso una inyección y no rodilla esta mucho pero mucho mejor. Diana y Tania las asistentes son bien pero bien nais. Les recomiendo si están mal de los meniscos o cualquier dolor de rodillas aquí en estas clinicas!

Dr. Any explained the situation very well. I felt very relieved after we discussed the injuries, xrays and possible treatment options. Knowing is half the battle. She is extremely competent and will leave you fully informed of your situation.
