I was enrolled in a payment plan after surgery I had last May. I made 1 payment and another was to process today. I got a message saying my payment plan is complete ! Confused I was able to talk to Roxanne in billing about this. She said that apparently the first payment was made on time but was processed 4-5 days later in their system. This caused it to go to collections. This totally is confusing because I have messages from more than a month ago thanking me for signing up for the payment plan and the first payment went through just fine.(over a month ago). Roxanne said she will have to review this with her manager and the reversal, SHOULD go through in a couple days. Should ??? It better !!! I never even got a phone call or email about any issues. Whoever is running this company better make some serious changes to your billing department. The CUSTOMER service is seriously lacking.

Received an out of pocket estimate $275. However, the actual bill was near $800. Reached out several times and they ignore me. Par for the course in the medical industry.

Dr. Patel was super great. Called me the night before and made me feel very comfortable. He also did a great job with my surgery. The billing took a while to get, but it was spot on and they play very nicely with BCBS. I highly recommend this group and particularly Dr. Patel. Thank you for the great service. I don't think I have ever said that about a doctors office ever.

Billing department is horrible, they do not review the EOB properly and keep sending the bill to patients. We had to call them multiple times to show EOB and everything taken care by insurance. They even send to collection after talking to them couple of times.
