Not only are they extremely competent doctors, but they have a tailor made system for scatterbrained people! No matter what medications you may need, they have resources to make sure the insurance pays for what it says it will, which is a real miracle sometimes! I have recommended them multiple times, and if you're reading this, I recommend you try them too!

I recently had my first appointment here with Dr.Sklar. Desk staff and the nurse were both very friendly but Dr. Sklar was a MASSIVE JERK. He came into the room with a strong, positive introduction but it faded immediately. He not only made a bunch of baseless assumptions about my personal behaviours and mental health conditions but when I tried to clarify I was cut off every single time by more bulldozing, dismissive fast talking. He also, without warning, swung a giant exam light, directly up to my face. I told him that I'm light sensitive and that it was hurting me and he really couldn't care less. He continued to speculate on the medication I needed to stop anxiously picking at blemishes and then told me to buy a branded face wash and sent antibacterial ointment and some generic acne medication to the pharmacy. What a waste of time, money and I, as self conscious as I was about the state of my skin, I left the office feeling even more hopeless about it than when I came in..

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Harrell, and I couldn't be more impressed with the care and expertise I received. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed by a professional and friendly staff. Dr. Harrell took the time to listen attentively to my concerns about hair loss, thoroughly explaining all my options for treatment. I appreciated how informative and patient she was in answering my questions, which made me feel confident in moving forward with a tailored plan for my specific needs. Additionally, I had a routine skin check during the same visit, and I was equally impressed with the thoroughness of the exam. Dr. Harrell was meticulous, ensuring nothing was overlooked and providing helpful advice on how to maintain healthy skin. I left the office feeling well cared for and reassured. It's not easy finding a doctor who genuinely listens and provides effective solutions, but Dr. Harrell did just that. I highly recommend Dr. Harrell for anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate dermatologist. I’m already seeing positive results with my treatments and couldn’t be more grateful!

Highly recommend Dallas Associated Dermatologists! Dr. Bahir Chamseddin went above and beyond in diagnosing and treating my condition. Very knowledgeable and professional. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating as well. You will not be disappointed with their care.

I’ve been a long time client as have other family members. But here lately you can’t get appointments and you sure can’t get them to call you with results. Have left numerous messages but no one seems interested in returning calls to share results. It all seems to be about Botox and fillers vs caring for patients.

I am happy with dr.Katelin's treatment but not with the support team ,last week when i faced an adverse side effect of the biologic and tried to reach her team 4 times in a day but none of the nurses called me back. Inspite of someone on the front desk mentioning that they will escalate the matter and I will receive a call back I didn't receive any call. They need to improve their response time especially when a patient is mentioning an urgent issue . I left atleast 4 messages to call me back but they don't take it seriously. The phone is always in answering machine and no one seems to be bothered to address patient's issue!

Overall the actual service was great. Dr Carr and his assistant are wonderful and very thorough, very approachable. The issue so far I have about Rx refills. When I ordered for refills and pharmacy will prompt message that can’t get hold your Physician etc and when I call the office it prompt me to call the Pharmacy. I have to call twice or so to get hold of real person to mention the dilemna of refills. Wish there is very way etc Thanks
