This place was amazing. Had my knee scoped here and the staff was amazing. Felt like i was in and out. Dr. Daniels did amazing haven’t had any problem since!

This was less then adequate, my daughter was in pain all night only to be told that if she would walk they would be happy to give her pain meds. The nurse, only one had her hands tied. They don’t give adequate pain meds to control the pain after surgery. No breakfast the next morning, so no way of replenished energy to be able to walk. They told her they she would have IV pain meds and that was not the case. Not a place I recommend for surgery, need I say more. Do yourself a favor and choose another place.

This place is awful. Been trying to get a hold of them about a refund for an entire week, not once answered the phone. I can only imagine how bad they are in person. If you find out you have an appt here, do yourself a favor and change facilities.

I got here at 830 like I was asked. Procedure was scheduled for 10am, I get schedules fall behind but an hour and a half later I have spoken to noone. I pressed the nurse button after an hour just to ask status. . she was going to go check. She never came back. It's been a half an hour ! Not really putting my anxiety about the procedure or the staff at ease at all!! Communication people !!! It goes along way !! It may be everyday stuff to you but to us , the patient, it's not. When we ask a question at lease have common decency to answer and not just ignore us !!
