This is the best dental office in Dallas. All of the staff is awesome and very informative and professional. I usually get nervous going to the dentist, but not at this office. I highly recommend this place. From the front desk to the back-office staff and Dr. Milenbaugh they really care and take of you. I love going here. 5 STARS!!!!

Nice office & people - the hygenist is good but the dentist is TOO rushed - quick is not necessarily a good thing & didn't allow the numbing shots to take effect before drilling on me so now unfortunately I'm hesitant to give a second chance!!

Really great experience, were able to get me in and out really quick. Staff was very friendly and were clear about treatment and everything they did. Highly recommend this office, huge relief to find a good dentists after having so many bad experiences at other places. Dr. Milenbaugh is a straight shooter. We will likely make this office our primary dentist.

Always easy to get into, the staff is always kind and my teeth always leave super clean. Dr.M is always willing to go above and beyond for his patients he is cautious and doesn’t do “not needed” procedures like other dentist I’ve experienced in the past that rack up $$$$. Easy parking and access to office too.

My experience with Dallas dental specialists started out fine and ended very negatively. Over the course of my care I received a few cavity fillings - that felt like it was a race to see how fast they could finish - my fillings then required adjustment following my appointments because they were causing shooting pain when I bit down or ate anything. The office did offer to fix my fillings so I went back and they evened them out and the shooting pain was fixed and I was told there was no additional cost. 7 Months later I received an invoice from them for the filling adjustment saying my insurance did not pay for it even though it was presented to me as a complimentary fix on a poorly executed filling done by them in the first place. Overall would not recommend.

Let me start off by saying if I could give them more stars I would. They were able to fit me in at the last minute , I was very nervous since my last visit was 10+ years ago but absolutely everyone was so nice , respectful and communicated so well. I honestly am a bit sad I didn't come before ,but now that I have I am looking forward to my next visit next week , (never thought I would look forward to a dentist appointment ) Thank y'all so much

Dr. Milenbaugh and his entire staff is outstanding!! From Angela at the front to Lauren the Hygienist, the entire practice is Top Notch, I highly recommend!! 😀

Like many others, I didn't go to my routine dentist appointments during the pandemic. I moved across the metroplex recently and decided to bite the bullet and found a new dentist, Dr. Milenbaugh. His entire staff is so friendly and kindly calmed me when I was anxious (I've always had a fear of dental work). I had two crowns that needed to be replaced and they fit like a glove and feel better than the originals. If you're looking for a new dentist, this is the dream team!
