We are awaiting our first baby thanks to Dr. Mucowski! From our very first appointment, we felt confident that we had come to the right place — and we were right. Her team was incredibly kind, I felt comfortable from the beginning, and the doctor took the time to explain everything in detail and run the necessary tests to rule out what other places labeled as “unexplained,” helping us achieve success in what we had decided to pursue. Thank you so much, Dallas IVF team!

Customer Service at Dallas location is terrible. No one is available to pick up the phone when scheduling appointments by phone at McKinney location. There is little flexibility or accommodations when changes are made to my IVF cycle. Fax delivery service is not existent as it takes more than 3 days to receive a fax from an out of state sister clinic. Knowing that going through IVF there is a lot of changes along with stressors and complications, I would expect a more efficient and humane service from staff and administrators or supervisors.

My little guy is 2.5 and all thanks to Dallas IVF and Dr.Mucowski! Any type of fertility treatment is difficult but the Dallas Ivf team made it as easy as it could be. I’ve heard at other clinics you don’t see your RE every apt for every scan- this luckily was not our experience. We saw Dr.M at every single appointment. Not only did she have a great bedside manner but she was wildly intelligent and we felt truly listened to. As an LGBTQ couple, we were very particular with who we picked because we wanted to feel supported and understood- we got that from the team. While I hope no one HAS to go through IVF, if you did, I’d highly recommend Dallas Ivf.

Hi Everyone!! The time has come and God is truly amazing!! We're Pregnant!! Thank the whole Dallas IVF team for their patience, their compassion and all the love they have shown for these past 11 months!! Me and my Husband Jr has been trying for 18 years and every month, no baby, just another cycle. We originally spoke to a fertility specialist back in 2015 but because the funds and the Lord's timing wasn't lined up. So as of December 26th 2024, yes, 1 day after Christmas, we decided to try Dallaals IVF and thank Jesus we did! I suggest anyone who has the desire to come parents to join Dr. SARAH MUCOWSKI AND HER TEAM (NURSE LACEY, TAMIAH, SAVANNAH, MONICA, BLOOD TECH) just everyone was so lovable! Here's to the next journey!!

Highly recommended!! Everyone is so nice and professional! Going through IVF is already a stressful situation but everyone at Dallas IVF made it much less stressful! Portal questions were answered in a timely manner and I always got someone on the phone when calling. There was very little wait time when waiting for appointments also. Every step of the process was thoroughly explained so there was no confusion. I highly recommend Dallas IVF!

My husband and I felt more acknowledged than we did at the last fertility center we tried. Dr Mucowski was very knowledgeable and professional. The Dallas office was warm and inviting with a fantastic, personable secretary, but hard to park at. The Frisco office was also comfortable, and had more pleasant surroundings. The nurses were pleasant at both locations and billing answers all my questions so that I understand. The portal was so quick to interact with my team by. My IVF medications were tweaked after each sono.
