I had a really frustrating experience here. I was charged over $200 out of pocket just for an exam where the dentist essentially only looked at my mouth, and then I later found out my insurance was billed over $300 for that same visit. When I tried to get clarification, I reached out to the office, but after emailing the lead, my messages started getting returned like I’ve been blocked. That lack of communication is honestly the most concerning part. Billing should be transparent, and patients shouldn’t have to chase answers like this. Based on my experience, I’d recommend going somewhere else.

I love the candor and expertise at Dallas Laser Dentistry. The staff were so friendly, communicated clearly, and showed genuine empathy throughout my visit. They explained every step of my smile makeover in an easy‑to‑understand way and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Excellent cosmetic dentistry experience – I’m excited to return here again for my next teeth whitening.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Dr. Swift and her staff are all amazing and the office is gorgeous. If I haven’t actually said it before it’s only because I don’t want to compete with y’all for appointments.

5/5 stars! I don’t even know where to begin to tell you how great this experience was. My husband says he has never seen anyone so excited about going to the dentist! I saw Dr. Kelli and her assistant Ashton who made a wonderful team. It was so nice to walk into the office to such bright shiny smiles and greetings. They remembered things I had discussed going on in my life and asked me about them the next time I was in. They were dedicated to making sure my experience was perfect in every way and never made me feel as if I was asking too much for a tweak here or there. I have been self conscious about my teeth for years and they listened to my concerns from the beginning and knew exactly how to achieve the results. When I smile now I see perfect but natural teeth looking back at me in the mirror. I walked into this office just for a consultation based on online reviews and I knew from the moment I sat in the chair that I was in good hands. I highly recommend Dallas Laser Dentistry as having exceptional, caring professionals who can give you the smile of their dreams!

My experience with Dr. Swift and her team have been amazing - and I hate the dentist. Dr. Swift is kind, welcoming, communicative and most importantly - gentle. They didn't let me leave until I was 100% happy with my replaced cap, which was so nice compared to rush services. Their offices are super clean, the staff is so kind and attentive - they've managed to turn what could be a stressful environment into a welcoming place. 10/10 recommend. Thank you Dr. Swift!
