Very professional office with a great staff. I’m very pleased my experience. 👍🏻👍🏻
Very good doctor office. Dr Brook is wonderful. All nurses heloful.
I showed up early, you had me fill out multiple pages of paperwork, and then I ended up being seen later than promised. Why are you still using paperwork only? This should have been emailed to me in advance and all been done online. The paperwork asked me what my pain was on a scale of 1 to 10, and I don’t think the nurse or doctor read any of my paperwork, because they both asked me the same questions. Why am I filling out paperwork if you aren’t even reading it? It was redundant and annoying. I’m going someplace else in the future.
I had been experiencing sporadic pain over the last two months due to an ingrown toenail, I ultimately decided to seek medical attention after experiencing throbbing pain and pus discharge. I was charged $172 upon arrival. The consultation lasted a mere five minutes, during which I was advised to treat the ingrown toenail with over-the-counter ointment, as it was expected to resolve on its own. While I appreciate the doctor's professionalism and kindness, I find it unsettling the amount I was charged for such a brief consultation. Despite expressing my concerns to the receptionist the next day, I was informed that the charge was standard for new patient visits, given that I had not met my insurance deductible. The lack of upfront disclosure regarding fees and the disconnect between charges and services rendered leaves me feeling deceived, overcharged, and dissatisfied with the experience.
After years of trying to restore my toes to a healthy state, I made an appointment with Ida Martin at the Dallas location. She immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She explained throughly, the process and what to expect in my session. I was very pleased with the privacy and sterile use of all materials. By the time she finished, my toes were in a drastically better condition and look than when I arrived. I would highly recommend not only Dallas Podiatry Works if you have any issues with your feet, but for a very professional Medicure... ask for Ida Martin. 😊
I give 5 stars for Ida Martin. However, I give 0 stars to the office. I arrived at 12:20pm for a 1pm appointment. They said I was checked in. One and 1/2 hours later around 2pm I asked the front desk if Ida knew I was there. Ida came out and said she was NOT notified of my check in. Not good front office service.
The Staff was kind, the treatment was excellent, the doctor was knowledgeable and helpful and his work was stellar.
Dr. Brook was a great listener and provided valuable advice.
Yolanda does a fantastic job with a medical pedicure.
Wonderful folks! Dr. Brook has helped with my toe fungus. Pedicures by Ida Martin are heaven. Can not recommend more highly.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
