Dr. Kawalsky continues the wonderful relationship I enjoyed for more than two decades at North Texas Heart Center with Dr. Steven L. Meyer MD, who retired in June.

Dr Kawalsky is an excellent doctor, detailed and thorough. He took care of my parents, no he is taking care of me. Great office staff & nurses!

My experience was basically good. I had a stress test, which was stressful, but the technician was very professional and put me at ease as best she could. I was not entirely happy with the understanding that those who are coming in close contact with patients are not tested every single morning before working closely with patients. Sounded like testing is only done once a week or so. Not enough!

Dr. Kawalsky and his entire staff are an amazing Team! They are extremely friendly and professional in every aspect of their practice. I returned recently to see Dr Kowalsky after several years of not needing to see him. I was referred to him this time to get clearance for an upcoming surgery. I got an appointment very quickly and waited only a short time in his office before meeting with him. After running an EKG, he met with me and I found him very thoughtful and open when he shared his thoughts with me. He asked me to return for one additional test which he felt strongly would give him the confidence to give me the clearance to go ahead with the planned surgery. I thought he handled the situation in a very expeditious and professional manner.

I MADE MY FIRST VISIT WITH DR. KAWALSKY THIS WEEK AND WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE ENTIRE PROCESS. HE WAS QUICK TO CONCERN HIMSELF WITH ALL MY PAST MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURES. COVERED MY MEDICATIONS, AS WELL AS THE NEED FOR REFILLS AND THEN SET ME UP FOR A EXAMINATION ON CAROTID ARTERIES, ONLY BECAUSE I HAD NEVER BEEN TESTED FOR THIS PROCEDURE BEFORE. HIS NURSE IMMEDIATELY GAVE ME AN EKG, AND HIS ENTIRE STAFF WAS VERY HAPPY TO OBLIGE MY EVERY QUESTION OF INTEREST. THE APPOINTMENT WAIT WAS ONE OF THE SHORTEST I'VE EXPERIENCED IN A LONG TIME. THE OFFICE ENVIRONMENT WAS VERY ROOMY, NEAT AND CLEAN. VERY IMPORTANT AS A RESULT OF COVID-19.

Came in for a follow up since have AFib, Dr. Kawalsky took the time to read reports and conference with another doctor to co-ordinate medication

I appreciated all the precautions that was taken to make me feel more at ease about visiting the doctor's office at this time. I was very impressed when I checked out. I was asked to return the ink pen directly to her so she could clean it. I can only remember one place of business that cleaned the check out screen and pen. At another clinic I recently visited, they checked my temp. by touching the scanner to my forehead right after doing the same for the person in front of me. I feel it should have been cleaned after each use. Your practice scanned my forehead without touching the skin which seems much safer.
