My husband and I have been patients of Dr Magee for many years. We’ve always been please with the quality of care he provides. He has a wonderful bedside manner and is very patient. Would highly recommend recommend him!

I’m writing to unfortunately report a grievance. On Wed, Jan 26, 2022, I had an extremely upsetting phone conversation with Victoria Ramirez at Dr. David McGee’s office.To be transparent, I am in my 70’s - I am unfamiliar with technology and admittedly struggle with such related tasks as navigating the patient portal. In asking for guidance, I was spoken to in a very aggressive, condescending, short and humiliating way. I was made to feel like I am stupid, which I assure you, I am not. I was facing a colonoscopy the following day (today) which is already an unnerving experience - and then such a phone call from an individual representing my care, left me in tears. I have never been made to feel this way. I implore you to please speak to Victoria Ramirez, regarding her very poor and insensitive communication skills to ensure this experience is never repeated, as no one deserves to be handled with such impatience. I trust you will evaluate this concerning issue and appropriately rectify it - I highly suggest mandatory training, at a minimum.After gaining my composure and the courage to reconnect with your office, I was very delighted to be connected with, Erica who very sweetly and patiently walked me through pre-procedure instructions to follow so I could be ready for my colonoscopy. I am very thankful for Erica’s gentleness and willingness to help me.I’d also like to mention my gratefulness for all the staff members whom I was blessed to encounter during my procedure today - they handled me with complete care and were absolutely wonderful.Thank you very much for your time, should any further details be helpful, please do not hesitate to contact me at,All the best and God bless,Sandra Holland-Walker
