Even with a medical necessity, they will push off-pocket braces on you and tell you that Medicaid won’t cover anything. Not professional at all. There’s Medicaid books on the medical necessities that qualify for free braces, which tells me that these people don’t even want to bother filing to attempt to get Medicaid to help out. Another red flag is that they don’t let you in to be with your child while they’re working on them, which has never happened in other dental offices. Do your research parents :) all info is out there online from Medicaid.
