Went for the 1st time today, as i have a cracked tooth.Everyone was friendly, and professional. Dr Green was personable and caring. We have a plan in place. They are upfront about costs. Easy to schedule. Great at sending reminders. 5 stars all the way

Everyone at the office is simply amazing and friendly. Truly a 5 star office

We took my son there for dental work, the dental work was fine, the business aspect was horrible, I supplied the office with both insurances as well as paid $1000.00 prior to the service , The entire bill was paid before the procedure was done. The insurance office also asked for our medical insurance, I called and went to the dental office because they keep sending me bills, no one has an answer of why they keep sending bills. Each month the bill is larger then the prior month. I reached out to the The Texas State Board of Dental Examiners (TSBDE) . If there was a score lower than 1 for the business office I was select that.

Long time patient of this practice, and like both doctors and my hygienist. Received a $150 bill with no explanation for services performed several months ago. I asked for an explanation since my services have always been covered in the past. They went out of network and forgot to let me know so I was left with expenses I could have avoided except for their failure to notify me. Said they sent email, but none in the regular address where I receive appointment information from them or in my spam (or texts back to 2018). Seems like they would have said something to me when I made my appointment or showed up. Changing networks is their prerogative, but performing services without telling me their status had changed is a dishonest move and so is misrepresenting notice.

I got a crown replaced by Dr. Spillman early 2021. The crown has never felt completely natural when I flossed in between there, but they assured me that all is well. I have not had any pain or anything like that. Early August this year, my crown broke in half. I called the dental office and the receptionist informed me that both dentist were on vacation and I would have to wait until the following week. I asked her what I should do, because my crown was cut in half, very sharp and my own tooth was exposed. The receptionist just asked if I had another dentist I could see in the meantime, but of course I did not. Dr. Spillman was my only dentist. I ended up finding a new dentist that could see me faster for my broken crown. They were shocked with how my crown broke. They also did x-rays and determined that I did not need as many fillings as Dr. Green told me. I saw Dr. Green in May 2022, she told me that I needed to get around 4-5 small fillings. The dentist I saw informed me that I only needed two fillings and said all my other teeth were fine. Dr. Green also kept pushing me to prescribe and use this extra-strength fluoride when I was pregnant. My OB did not approve of it because too much fluoride while pregnant is not good for pregnancy. My OB only wanted me to stick to normal fluoride while pregnant, as my teeth were not bad. She still tried to push it on me anyways and told me “I am not swallowing it.”, but it is still absorbed. Dr. Green trying to perform more dental work that is not needed and my broken crown incident, has caused me to think differently about this dental office.

I've got to be honest with you. Dr. Green is an UNBELIEVEABLE dentist!! She is very good at what she does. I was in her office having work done yesterday for 7 hours. Dr. Green and her assistant Leslie our like a "well oiled machine" They work so well together. You can tell they "BOTH" know what they are doing and love what they do. Leslie has been doing this for many years. Not once did i worry about what they were doing. Dr. Green explained what she was doing and what was next. You can tell Dr. Green & Leslie has compassion for the patient. I can't tell you how comfortable I was with the procedure they were performing on me. I would recommend anyone that wants a GREAT dentist that knows what she is doing, So the team of Dr Green and Leslie are the ones to see. Thank you Dr Green & Leslie You have a patient for life!! horrible and unclear billing practices - - never made it clear what was owed. 18 months after service, just was told I owe more money. All this initiated with what I was initially told was a no-charge, insurance covered cleaning.

It was my first time as a new patient, Dr. Green was extremely professional and very good if not the best! Leslie was very nice throughout my visit and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend coming here. Great office, very clean and great staff.

This is a review of the Lakewood location. Dr. Spillman was an adequate dental provider until COVID, when he added a $25 surcharge to each office visit, without prior notice. There are dentists in Lakewood who don't try to profit off of a pandemic.
