Dental Depot's Online Review Report Card

Extremely rude staff. Really tried to give this dental office a chance but after almost three years I’ve given up. Let’s start with the receptionists. No smiles or in any way welcoming on each of my visits. I was intentionally kept waiting past my scheduled appointment during my last visit. I’ve spent thousands of dollars out-of-pocket and have always been treated poorly. Crowns I received had to be redone several times. My temporary AND permanent crowns came out twice within a few days. Was forced to keep returning until proper products and procedures were used. Will never return.

Dear Dental depot team Dallas Thank you so much for your compassion and genuine concern for your patients. We have always had a great experience as a family at your office. Your positive and caring service makes us come back to your office despite us moving all the way to Frisco. Dr Nunnally thank you for taking me as a walk in on a Saturday when I was having excruciating pain while spitting and swallowing. Even though my pain was out of your scope of practice, you gave me the time and attention needed. You were able to point me in the right direction to the right specialists who identified the issue and started my treatment. I’m much better now and my salivary gland stone is on its way out. Ms Julie and your team were kind enough to follow up with phone calls and also offer to call the specialists on my behalf as I was having trouble talking. We are truly grateful to have you as our dentists. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts

I am so glad I chose this place. Everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly. I had a teeth cleaning today, and couldn't be happier. Will definitely recommend to everyone. Thank you.

Dr. Nunnally and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable and I always enjoy my visits. I’ve had several procedures done there in addition to regular cleanings and everything has been well priced and painless. Dr. Nunnally also suggested a new type of bite guard that has completely resolved my tension migraines from clenching my teeth at night. I always recommend them to new neighbors and will be a patient for life!

Just amazing service from top to bottom

I went and got a root canal done here on my front tooth. I had a crown on that was not permanent. They did the root canal. I went back a week later for them to put the crown on permanently and he placed the crown on wrong now, I have to pay to have the crown taken off Because it’s permanently cemented it’s all wrong

They let my teeth fracture more, which I couldn't feel. Saw a real dentist at my 6 month check up and they immediately got me in for a procedure. TERRIBLE OFFICE AND DENTAL CARE. Management does not care if you get appropriate dental treatment done. It makes sense now why they did not review my scans with me at my last appointment- they just wanted to cash in a bigger pay day.

Worse place to go I’ve been stressed out my thought keeps coming out, and they want to keep charging money for it… Not great service!!!!

The lady that cleaned my teeth, Isabella I believe, is incredibly knowledgeable. I have been treating with Dr. Nunnaly for over 10 years and no has given me the wealth of knowledge she has. Just outstanding. Staff is great, Dr. Nunnaly is great, love this office.

My family have been using Dental Depot for YEARS. I will never come back or recommend another soul to this provider. I called yesterday with an emergency, after waking up and my entire left side of my face was swollen. I called right away, and explained the emergency. I was told that 845 the next morning was the earliest time availble. I had to call back, ask for the email address, just so i can send Dr Nunnally a photo of my face... as i was that worried something was wrong. They were nice enough to call in a prescription for antibiotics while i waited for my appointment. Fast forward to morning of my appointment... I am turned away from service because I was late to the appointment. MIND YOU... I explained that i was stuck in gridlock traffic on the tollway, and i greatly appologized. I was standing there, with a half swollen face still... being turned away while i am stating that I am having a medical emergency. None of that mattered.... My family's years of being a paitent, even speaking with them on the phone explaining i was a few minutes behind, medical emergency... nothing. The lady at the counter said that at least they were nice enough to call in prescriptions.... I am completely stunned and appaled by this entire experience. WITHIN 1 HOUR... I had called Alfa Dental and they had me X-Rayed and in a chair helping me. Turned out that I had a tooth infection that broke through to my sinuses. PEOPLE DIE FROM THESE. This wasnt just a bad experience at the front desk, or a misunderstanding unfortunately. The more i think about it, the complete lack of care and disregard for their patients health... calling multiple times, having to send photos and stress a medical emergency... completely unprofessional. AFTER i had left... i was called and told that I would have the option to sit and wait for Dr to have an opening... something that I would have gladly and whole heartedly taken if that was discussed, but it wasn't until after being kicked out.
