Kayla is amazing. She’s kind, trustworthy and does great work. If you’re looking to have anything done, I HIGHLY recommend you work with her. 🙌
Currently 3 sessions in for LHR and saw results immediately! Great customer service, Audra has been highly informative & attentive to my questions/concerns. Very happy with my membership!
Everyone was so kind! Great first experience with Botox
I have been getting Botox for over a year and cannot talk more highly of this place. The injectors and the rest of the staff are amazing and go above and beyond to make sure their clients are getting exactly what they want done. :)
I wanted to try a new place for my Botox and Dermani had great reviews. They are very flexible with scheduling. However, the Botox I got on March 3 is already wearing off, which has never happened to me this fast. I also signed up for the Botox club at $45 a month, so I will likely be eating that since I won’t return. I emailed the store to see what my options are, so I will see — but overall just bummed about the experience. They also ask for tips on Botox (which I had never seen before.) I felt pressured and tipped, but then after some reading realized we shouldn’t tip on medical procedures by medical professionals and asked for it to be refunded, which they absolutely did that day. Update to add: I spoke with the store yesterday evening and they offered a touch up appointment, which I declined. I simply asked that they cancel the 6 month membership I had signed up for since I wouldn't be back. I did not request money back, make a big deal, etc. They said the membership was cancelled and I would not be charged. Ok, sounds good! It was a perfectly pleasant interaction. Between then and today (April 1), I guess the owner saw my Google review and the woman I spoke with said he might go ahead and charge me since I am not taking this review down after saying my membership was cancelled yesterday?? I was originally going to take the review down/change the rating as they were able to at least accommodate my request despite being unhappy with the service.
Skin feels fantastic, had a custom facial done but from the beginning of my appointment, I felt like the aesthetician was annoyed with my questions. She didn’t seem to have the patience for someone only going for a facial and not familiar with any other services. She was condescending, not sure if that was her intention but overall disappointed due to the other reviews I read before deciding to come here.
Kacie has been amazing! I have a membership and go monthly for laser hair removal and facials and have loved it! Great value and the team is always super friendly.
This review is to serve as/for educational purposes only recounting my last visit at Dermani Medspa. I was left with permanent scarring after an extremely unprofessional injector who word for word said "oh sh**" when injecting into my orbital bone leaving me with significant bruising and now a permanent scar both on the surface of the skin and below (subdermally). Several other doctors have since seen the injury and said this is not a location that is safe for Botox. Please be careful, I have included pictures for reference from the weeks following the injury and can also provide what it looks like now almost 2 years later. For reference I am only 30 and have had botox consistently over the years and NEVER experienced anything like this.
Unskilled. Poorly traine, uneducated. These women are not RNs
Kacie is great - she is sweet, knowledgeable, and has achieved awesome results!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
