My son had procedure done today. My son is On the spectrum . The doctor the anesthesiologist the aftercare nurse were wonderful. I was really worried about him but they answers all my questions and did an amazing job. Thank you
Awesome!
Do not bring your children here! The appointment for my 6 years old daughter was at 10:15 am 01/23/2026 and now it is 1:06pm. the doctor has not come yet. My daughter did not have any food or water since last night. It is ridiculous to call patients 5 hrs ahead of the procedure. I don’t know when the doctor will come. Maybe it will take another 3 hours, which will put our waiting time at 8 hours. Really awful center. They should not be in business. It is awful they are making children go fasting for that long. My 6 years old daughter is at 16 hour of fasting already and I don’t know how long she would have to deal with it. She is asking and crying for water and food but I cannot give her anything because of the procedure. She tells me that I have not given her a single drop of water since last night and starts crying. I feel so bad for my daughter to go empty stomach and be thirsty for that long. Arrived around 9:45am and got out around 03:20pm.
My son had surgery here yesterday. He had Dr. Oh. His procedure was two nerve treatments, 6 molar caps, and two extractions. The surgeon has blessed hands because about four hours after surgery, I asked him about his pain levels. He told me he was at a five. Today he’s at about a two or three. Just minor irritation which is normal. He was able to brush his teeth with soft bristles and able to eat his soft chicken nuggets without issue. I’m more than happy with the nursing staff and Dr. Oh’s work. They treat adults as well, and I wish I could use them. I’m glad my son’s dentist suggested this facility for his treatment. —LaSonya Smith Appointment time: 9:10 Wait time: 30 minutes (with paperwork signings and sitting in the waiting room before he was taken back) Surgery time: 30 minutes Recovery room time: 15 minutes Exit time: 10:45 (he had a bathroom break after surgery lol) BE WARNED! There will be gagging after surgery but it’s only air in their tummy from the oxygen tube (if they have one). They’ll burp for maybe an hour until it’s gone.
Waited 3 hours for a consultation!!!!!! I guess I should expect a 24r stay for a cavity filling
Never been to a place where everyone treats you so well. From the reception, to the main Doctor. This is the kind of impression you want to have when you’re for the first time at any place, no matter what the service they provide all the places should have this good service and staff members. The only thing is the long wait.
Excellent experience I would rate 10 for over all service recommend highly
I have been trying to contact somebody in billing since I received this bill. I called and emailed numerous of times but no response but I keep getting the bill in the mail faithfully. When I went in for the consultation I informed different staff occasionally that I will be paying out of pocket and my child have used all the benefits for the years. They gave me a copy of expected charges. Before I scheduled her appointment I called and kept asking many times are you sure it's accurate. I was informed yes unless it's major changes that occur while she in the back. I called and email and I spoke to somebody at the billing department , they see the mistake that occurred due to the office staff negligence. They lady I spoke to told me there was nothing she could do and I would have to wait to speak to the manager of billing . Three months later and haven't heard anything from billing department . Why should I be responsible for the mess up of your employees.
If I could give them zero stars I would yes this is a children’s dentist but they also see adults but what they don’t tell you is they go by BMI over the phone they said they go by dental records it’s wasn’t till I got here that they said they go by medical and dental records now medical history is expected but medical history and BMI is to different things and if this was mentioned no way I would have scheduled an appointment here cause at this point it was a waste of time and money for them to tell me about my tooth that I already knew when mentioned to receptionist she had no reply but we tell people that it goes by medical history and dental history again that’s not the same as BMI that was never mentioned she had no reply after that I have never heard of dentist going by BMI to pull a tooth and then they don’t even tell you what the required BMI is but make sure you know yours before you waste your time gas and money
This was my first surgery and I was scared but they ensure that I'll be okay I am very grateful to have these also people helping me. Also they made sure my parents knew everything that was going on even though they don't speak English that was something I have never seen before and walked me down to my parents car. I am glad that I went to these kind people.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
