I had a large keloid scar on my earlobe which I had tried removing before and it grew back. Even with constant steroid shots it was just getting larger. She was able to complete remove it and treat it properly to where it has not come back! She has great bedside manner and made this previously traumatizing per of my life, a great experience over all! Would definitely recommend her to anyone!

Accessible, efficient, relatable. Medical care was tops and recovery was faster than expected. Conversation throughout the process that built trust while educating. It was a remarkable all around experience.

I have had several Mohs surgeries performed by Dr. Srivastava. She is very professional and her work is excellent. I have several more surgeries that are needed and she will be the only physician I will let operate on me. Her staff is also very professional.

Worst outcome we could ever expect. Incompetent.

First of all, my expectation of Moh's surgery was not anything like I expected it to be. The process fell into the unknown due to the lack of experience, so the process has a step-by-step process in my head now. Before, I was a Moh's cherry? The whole experience was unknown to me. Today, I have a sense of understanding of what to expect while sitting in a Moh's chair waiting for the saw to drop. ...

I highly recommend this excellent surgeon. She has removed skin cancer from my face multiple times over the past few years and consistently makes a very unpleasant experience tolerable and as pain free as possible.

Dr. Srivastava is a very talented dermatologist. I have been a patient of hers for about 8 yrs. My experience with her had been cosmetic and my husband has been a Mohs patient of hers. She is very sincere, relaxed and always has time to discuss any concerns or answer any questions. She is a perfectionist and takes the time to make sure she does the the best possible job. She explains everything she does and has a gentle touch. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great dermatologist!

Well, not excited, but the experience with Dr. Srivatava and her staff was 200% better than my most optimistic hopes. Dr. Chinn doing her part in the process was great also. Constant information about the process. Offered a mirror which I declined because at that point I was fully confident they were going to do their best to correct a bad situation. Totally surprising and positive process and results.

Dr. Srivastava is a superb and compassionate surgeon who has a keen perception as to what the patient needs to have done to remove skin cancer and reconstruct skin tissue following surgery. The excellence with which she does surgery is reflected not only with her expertise and skill but in the way her team and staff assist her. I was called to check on my recovery the same day of surgery. I would more than highly recommend Dr. Srivastava to anyone needing to have Mohs surgery!
