I'm so thankful for Dr. Cole. He is a wonderful and caring doctor. He takes his time to hear me out and each time I visit, he has helped me to control my allergies and my asthma. He makes a plan and always follows up to make sure things are going well. I can say my health has gotten better and better each time I have seen him. The staff is also always very nice and quick to get me in and out of there. Park Lane allergy and asthma center is the best ❤️

Very caring and knowledgeable physician. After trying to get improvement in my asthma didn't occur, Dr Cole referred me to a great pulmonologist. I strongly recommend Dr. Steven Cole!

Best allergist in Dallas hands down.

Don't use these people. I needed to get tested for allergies and found them online. Their website has a "Request a Phone Call" button so you can set up an appointment; they say to allow for up to 2 business days for them to call you. They never did. If they can't even get back to you about an appointment, their competence to do anything more complicated is very questionable. Go someplace else where you'll get at least minimal customer service.

I have suffered sever anaphylactic reactions since 2002 to bees, wasps and hornets. I tried immunotherapy and wasn't able to tolerate it. In 2014, I was bitten by 2 fire ants and started having an anaphylactic reaction. I went to Dr. Cole at the recommendation of my primary doctor. Dr. Cole very patiently listened to my entire 12 year history and sent me for a bone marrow test which found I have Mastocytosis, a very rare condition. He is very sharp and I applaud him for such quick a diagnosis.

Park Lane Allergy & Asthma Center has been a great experience. I've been going to their office for about 7 months to receive allergy shots on a weekly (now monthly) basis. Their staff is very warm and welcoming as well as efficient. They handle their tasks in a friendly, yet timely manner to ensure they stay on schedule and there's no unnecessary wait. I strongly recommend visiting this group if you suffer from allergies or asthma. They will work with you to develop a plan to reduce symptoms and improve your quality of life.

The Park Lane allergy and asthma center was an incredibly pleasant and productive experience. Upon arrival the staff was professional, warm, friendly, and welcoming. Dr. Cole was excellent in his service as well. He has superb bedside manner, is very thorough as he tries to get to the source of the patients illness. The patient feels at ease because Dr. Cole isn't rushing to go see another patient, but rather spends more than adequate time with you. I strongly recommend him.

The shots are great! You start to notice improvements the first month. The staff is AMAZING!! They always make you feel comfortable.
