I have been overly impressed with every one of the staff. And especially Dr. Schroeder! She is patient, empathetic, extremely knowledgeable, and determined to help solve and treat medical issues. Plus she is very helpful in finding the resources to assist in my patient care. Very rare find in the medical field! I do not hesitate for a moment to recommend her office.

Great customer service!! Finally a medical facility that treats patients how I expect one should be treated in a professional health related setting. Everyone from the desk staff to the nurses to the doctor is friendly, clear in communication and informative. They say why they are doing things and what to expect. I highly recommend.

I just started going here and I have had the best experience. The staff is friendly, patient and attentive. They review everything with you! The facility is clean and tidy and quiet. I’m just so grateful for all of them!

Hands down one of the best allergists I've ever had. Very good about communication, very good about getting our concerns met. Her staff is amazing, and just everyone in the office really does care about you getting your medical issues taken care of. She also knows about Ehlers Danlos which is rare and that just pushes her above and beyond already being awesome

Been coming to Park Cities Allergy and Asthma for about nine months now, I started immunotherapy shots in January. The shots have been a game changer, the impact on my quality of life is palpable. Highly recommend for anyone who suffers with both indoor and outdoor allergies year long. The office and medical staff are phenomenal! Everyone is friendly and approachable.

Dr. Vinita Schroeder is the best allergist I have been to. I have suffered for years! The care given to patients is EXCEPTIONAL and Dr. Schroeder is so knowledgable and precise. This office and staff are wonderful. So kind and helpful! Going here has improved my quality of life/allergies significantly. I had a anaphylactic reaction to my shot and they cared for me so well in a calm manor and made sure I was safe; I appreciate them so much!

I've been going to Park Cities Allergy and Asthma for almost 3 years now and I can't say enough about how wonder Dr. Schroeder and her staff are! I have suffered from allergies for most of my life but Park Cities Allergy and Asthma make it just a little easier to cope! I've been doing immunotherapy Allergy shots and I've seen such a difference in my quality of life and breathing, especially during the crazy TX cedar season and spring pollen overload! I definitely recommend Park Cities Allergy and Asthma to anyone who is suffering from any allergy or breathing issues!

I find this staff to be incredible, welcoming, soothing, professional, and family-oriented, to name a few, and the clinic to be homely, inviting, and clean. First and foremost, you will find that the staff here are incredible and welcoming! I have been a patient here since 2011 and whether you are a long-standing patient like myself, or a new patient, the staff here treats you like family. Every time anyone enters the clinic, they are greeted by the front desk receptionist/nurse with a warm "hello," standard-of-care questions, and then a warm question regarding how they have been (i.e., small talk) and how previous shot side effects were. I find this to be extremely welcoming and kind as it can cause some unease and anxiety to get shots. Dr. Schroeder and team are available via cell after hours because their utmost concern is your health and safety. I have contacted the doctor many times with questions or concerns and I am grateful for her availability. To that point, though it can be nerve-racking to receive allergy shots and the side effects that could potentially occur, the team and staff of nurses, nurse practitioner, and physician are confident in their protocols and soothing and reassuring in their availability to you. The staff is professional in their protocols - observing you every minute for 30 minutes post-shots. If you ever do have a severe reaction (simply due to unforeseen external environmental or other immune-system factors unrelated to the shots), the staff will immediately arise to the call, blocking other patients from entering the back, comforting you every minute, observing you carefully, and staying by your side until there is some relief. While this has happened to me, it has not stopped me from being a long-standing recurring patient, because I know I am in excellent hands here at PCAA. I truly feel that I have become a part of this allergy-clinic family and cared for as such. I am beyond grateful for their support and care. Finally, the clinic as a whole is feels like a living room in a house which makes it soothing, inviting, and welcoming for what could be a nerve-racking process. It is clean, hygienic, and professional. If you are looking for allergy care, especially with respect to these horrendous Texas allergies, please visit Dr. Schroeder and team!
