Dr. Kaplan at Urology Clinics of North Texas has helped me a lot during the last three years. He and his staff are very interested in my health. He answers all of my questions very well and he takes the time to answer them.

Efficient and well organized. Staff reminds me of the kitchen staff of a restaurant- they get the job done well, but with little thought as to who is being served or if the patient has any nonstandard concerns or questions. Could have that new class of medical robots going up and down the halls doing 90% of the work, and it would feel the same.

Terrible wait time. I was told to get there 30 min before, so I arrived around 10:30. I wasn’t seen until 11:40. And was told just to go back to my OBGYN. I basically paid $40 to wait around for nothing. Huge waste of time! This doctor didn’t even seem remotely interested in helping. Definitely one of those just in it for the money.

He's in and out before you know it. Said he would call. He never called. Didn't know what to do with Womens incontence or how to fix a fistula.

Registration at Urology Clinic of North Dallas is bad. I called and selected the plano location on the automated system. Spoke to a rep and explained I lived in Plano to send me there. Not only did she not do that but sent me to North Dallas. 40 min drive. The facility is 2 city blocks wide requiring 15 mins of walking around lost asking three different people for directions (as the was nothing on the text other than address and time). Arrived and the explained the mix up and the rep at the office then informed me Dr Edward Kaplan doesnt even practice in Plano and I could reschedule. "It was up to me" I simply walked out!
