They run their service industry with an uneducated approach to management. I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this spa. Months ago, I called to reschedule my appointment that was booked for the next day only to be told they would charge me even for rescheduling. How does this spa expect customers to pay a cancellation fee, then reschedule, and still want to go back for service? This is a terrible business practice, especially in Dallas where there are so many other spa options. It's unfortunate that they think they can run a service business with such unfriendly policies. I would not be returning and have found more customer friendly environment. I found a better spa on Preston Rd and they definitely allow RESCHEDULES FOC within 24hrs.

I have been using Eleven Wellness since 2018 and my skin has never looked better. I was struggling with Melasma and Acne and their recommendations on products and procedures have always been exceptional. I trust no one else with my skin. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and customer service oriented.

I used to go to Vitalife Wellness until they abruptly closed. On their website, they said they teamed up with Eleven Wellness to provide even better care — but unfortunately, that’s not how I felt. Eleven Wellness is a much smaller facility and felt like a downgrade from Vitalife in every way. It costs more, yet they provide fewer ingredients in the I.V. drips. While the staff were nice, the overall experience simply didn’t compare. At Vitalife, you could relax in your own private room (or even a shared room with your spouse), complete with your own TV. They paid attention to details — providing warm blankets during the drip to keep you comfortable, checking in regularly to ensure everything was going well, and making sure you felt cared for from start to finish. At Eleven Wellness, I was taken to a small, sparse room with just me and the I.V. drip. No blanket, no TV, no atmosphere of comfort. When the drip was done, no care — not even a band-aid. The experience felt impersonal, almost like they were simply moving people through without much attention or expertise. For months I searched for another provider until I finally found Restore Wellness, which — while not quite at the level of Vitalife — feels like they know what they’re doing. I never got that feeling at Eleven Wellness. If Eleven Wellness truly partnered with Vitalife, I honestly couldn’t see any connection between the quality of care I used to receive and what was offered here.

[Edit: it has been several months and they have not followed up with me] I had a disappointing experience at Eleven Wellness. I booked a laser session specifically targeting broken capillaries, but the treatment was much harsher than I expected. I now have facial scarring. I discussed my concerns about overall redness and flushed skin with the technician, hoping the laser I’d scheduled would address my needs. While she listened, she seemed hesitant and didn’t suggest an alternative laser or treatment that might have been more suitable. I’m unsure why she didn’t offer a different solution, as the treatment I received was ultimately ineffective for my concerns and she seemed confused as to why I was there in the first place. I wish she had said something to me.

I see Alison and she has completely change my skin. I used to have cystic acne, scarring and large pores. She is wonderful, professional, informative and effective!!!! Great place!!!!!

I have been coming to Eleven for years now. I’ve had several different services by different people and it has always been a great experience. Scheduling, checkout… even having products delivered to me has always been seamless. I have been going to Julia for my facials and she is the sweetest soul you’ll ever meet. She never tries to sell me on anything I don’t need, she always knows exactly what my skin needs and I am never disappointed.
