Dr Benaim is my dads doctor . As his daughter im so grateful for Dr Benaim he made my dads surgery a success even though my dads weight made it difficult he did . I’ will forever be grateful of this Dr he was able to remove his kidney he needed gone no matter how complicated it was he was able to do it .Thank you Dr Benaim.

Jul 1 2022 was important date as we learned from Dr. Benaim that I am now cancer free, a journey of a year. Dr. Benaim and his associate Dr. Wilson Hernandez, oncologist, managed hormone and radiation therapies to target my prostate cancer. Their confidence and knowledge was welcome especially when we were sometimes anxious in our fight with big 'C'. We've needed a little extra help after I got run over by a dog, breaking 6 bones in my arm and hand; that has proven to be worse than cancer.

It was first time visit to Dr Benaim's office. Everyone very professional and I was seen when my appointment time was scheduled. My questions were answered and Dr Benaim made a plan for me. It was a stressful situation for me, but they helped reassure me and it was a Great experience. I'm much more confident for my next visit. Thank you to everyone in his office involved in my care, it is much appreciated.

Dr Benaim spent the time to Answer all my questions then he gave the proposed treatment why he was doing things in that manner and explained it so I can understand it Dr Benaim he’s very understanding much make sure you understand all that you need to know about your problem

Dr Benehiem is always friendly, professional and communicates with me directly concerning my health. I look forward to our short visits and appreciate everything he has done for me.

The doctor communicate well and answer questions directly. Administration/clerical staff needs better training. When I initially made an appointment by phone the scheduler was little abrasive in the way she asked questions regarding the purpose of my doctor’s appointment. In the forthcoming weeks I began to get phone messages from women how was calling to attempt to schedule an appointment for me to see the doctor although I had already scheduled the appointment with a time and date. I then started to get phone messages from women who said that needed insurance information from me although I provided insurance information at time I scheduled the appointment. I get the impression that the practice uses contractors for their scheduling and there is a lack of efficiencies. This is the first medical office I have ever been to that they request payment before the doctor even see you. I had to send a email notification to the doctor after a week of the appointment because the lab results and doctor’s write up had not been posted on the patient portal.

If you are a male over the age of 50, I would refer him. Treating women is not his speciality. It is made clear in his office and waiting room as there is hardly any information posted about a woman’s anatomy. I felt very uncomfortable being a 44 year old woman visiting his office. Also, the office decor is outdated. I felt like I was at a doctors office in a third world country. The office lacks advanced technology. He also requires you to bring CD’s from imaging companies as he doesn’t have the ability to receive the images electronically like most doctor’s offices. Don’t ask too many questions. He gets a little snappy. Will not be returning as a patient here.

Dr Elie Benaim is very knowledgeable and highly experienced. He is very patient and a good listener.

Dr benaim is a very good doctor I always feel good with him and everyone is happy and friendly I'm in and out in no time I wouldn't want to go to any other doctor thanks to everyone
