My partner had an amazing experience for her pain management. The doctors were bilingual so it helped SO MUCH as it’s hard to translate medical terminology. I had called around to other facilities in the area that were recommended and they couldn’t get us in for 3 weeks!!! Made a quick call to Epic and the intake team got her in next day in Fort Worth. The staff at front desk was kind and it actually felt like the Dr wanted to help and not just run up a check.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Chun at Epic Pain and Orthopedics in Plano! From start to finish, the care I received was exceptional. Dr. Chun took the time to explain everything about the pain injections, answering all my questions and making me feel completely at ease. His expertise and compassionate approach were truly impressive. The injections have made a huge difference in my pain levels, and I feel like I have my life back. I can’t thank Dr. Chun and his amazing team enough for their professionalism and dedication. Highly recommend to anyone seeking relief from pain!

The doctors and nurse practitioners are very caring and front staff are very helpful and friendly! Even the procedure staff took care of me well after I had procedures done. My experience was great especially dealing with two vehicle accidents!
