I had looked far and wide for a place that could extract a 2” long splinter jammed deep into my flesh - buried into my leg,that I haphazardly hit it against a wooden post.Dr. Tran was very professional, he inspected the area, formulated a solution, and knew exactly what to do. He performed general surgery to extract piece of wood, cleaned out the infected area, stitched me up and sent me on my way. After everything was said and done, I knew I made the right choice in coming here!Now, the staff of this ER are very courteous, professional, and attentive to their patients needs, within reason.I say this, bcuz this is an EMERGENCY-E.R. Like all ER’s, if you show up here first in line with a slight cough, then 10 min. later somebody walks in with nail sticking out of their head; guess who gets seen first? Just know, that ER’s are based on the severity (life-threatening) of your affliction or injury.This establishment is an E.R. not urgent care. As such, be prepared to sit for awhile. Mind you, I came hear at 4pm and left at little after 8pm on New Years Eve. At any other Hospital ER you’ll be waiting twice that long.And, it doesn’t matter if you have insurance or not (I do), your still going to get charged the same $300. That’s considered low for ERs. Most General Hospital ERs start at $350 and up! That’s the cost of going to an ER.And, yes your bill may increase based on the injury (I know mine will).Don’t be discouraged, they will see you if they are not too busy with patients. It’s best to call ahead and check first.Again, I can’t say enough good things about all the hard working men and women who make up the staff at Frontline. Please keep up the good work!

I can’t believe that in the middle of another Covid surge, a staff member at the front desk was not wearing a mask. I said something and she still did not put on a mask, so I left. They had already informed me there were Covid + patients there too.

Called with covid and trouble breathing. Asked what the wait was, if I should come in, etc. since this has never happened to me before. I spoke to 3 different heartless reps, who all had an extremely rude attitude while I was literally gasping on the phone, who all were like “well it’s up to you I guess” or “I guess you could call an ambulance” and then transferred me to the next person to reexplain my situation. This happened THREE TIMES. This clinic is fine with people dying unless they can make money off you.

From the moment I walked in, Frontline cared for me with speed and efficiency calming my nerves and offering excellent service. Iselaat the front checked me in quickly and effortlessly, Chris my nurse kept me informed, Dr. Tran eased the pain of my injury and calmly prepared me for all that was to happen, Monjari was a joy during xray, and Ashna’s bedside manner during sutures just couldn’t be better! I even called in to make sure I could see Ashna again for suture removal!! Thank you, Frontline, for employing such a wonderful staff of professionals! You have a great team!!

My visit to Frontline Lakewood was hands down the best experience I have ever had in a stand-alone ER. Dr. Tran and his team were professional, compassionate and swung into action immediately. The facility is well-equipped and sparkling clean. You will receive excellent care here. Thank you, Dr. Tran and staff!

I was so happy to finally  get some help with great prices and genuinely  nice staff. I don't have insurance and I was so lost and unsure if i could afford my health issues. Laura did such an amazing job at helping me figure out a good gameplan. I cannot  thank you guys enough. In these stressful  times don't think twice about coming here.

Great staff, Dr. Tran had an amazing bedside manner, made me feel at ease.
