I felt very bullied by Dr Mazow. He would not budge on my Botox injection sites that I paid for in advance and had the Botox (via Optum pharmacy) shipped to his office. Dr Mazow did not even open/use the Botox and when I asked for it or for it back or to be returned to the pharmacy, he said it was discarded. Very unprofessional.

I could not be happier with the results from my surgery with Dr. Mazow. The lid on my left eye drooped slightly and was very unsightly in photos and videos, which I often have to do for my business. I had surgery on both eyes to create a more even symmetrical appearance. What a difference this surgery made! Dr. Mazow was very thorough and informative during my consultations. He was also direct and to the point, and made me aware of the risks and the estimated time for recovery. His staff was helpful and accommodating. He was very easy to reach and responded promptly over the weekend the day following my surgery when I had a concern about what I thought might be excess bleeding. He assured me it was normal, and in fact it cleared up the next day in the timeline he gave me. His prompt response and assurance was very comforting. I would highly recommend Dr. Mazow. He and his staff are very efficient with scheduling and getting patients in and out of appointments in a timely manner. My overall experience was very positive as was the result of my surgery.

Had to have my lids lifted twice. At the start of my second surgery they strapped me down n then doctor didn’t come into surgery for awhile. I was starting into a full blown panic attack n they wouldn’t in untie me. Poor planning on many fronts.

It has only been a week so I really can't rate this any higher right now. I can tell you about my experience so far after the surgery I was in a lot of pain for the first week I have really bad headaches, eye aching made it to my first appt Dr. Mazow said the headaches is not related to the surgery and I could go back to work. but can't even open my eye it's still swollen pretty bad and I work with patients for 12 hours and after sending a photo to my boss he immediately took me off the sch. So since Dr Mazow said the headaches was not due to the surgery I made a Doctor's appt with my primary physician to find out why I am having these headaches. I hope to come back in a week or two for an update about the headaches if Dr. Mazow office send me another survey. Thanks
