My procedure where rescheduled multiple times. My first visit with Dr Thompson i was there 4 hours trying to get answers and my medications altered. My second visit he told me what procedures he would be giving me with no explanation of what was being done. I've never been asked what my pain scale was. I have spent maybe 5 minutes in a room with this man at a time at the most. I feel like it's just a revolving door of patients and there's 0 attention to care. My last procedure reschedule, I got the call after hours and they rescheduled me for an emergency procedure. My appointment was 2 weeks away. Emergencies are then and there not 2 weeks out. The office has zero communication. My first procedure was scheduled and then I got a call less than 24 hours before my procedure to tell me they dont do them on that week at that facility. Don't you think you should of either not scheduled me for that day all together or called me sooner than 2 days before? I needed someone to drive me and they have to put in pto. It would of been nice to not have wasted a vacation day for my husband. Thank you for prolonging my pain dr Thompson.

A very good and understanding person that understands pain. As a younger person than me and others just like me or worst and he understands. If you have been in pain for over two years you can feel me when I say Dr. Thompson understands. He has a .comforting voice and explains everything.. Dr. Thompson is the best.

Dr. Thompson does not listen To Eden review the test that he has had you participate in just tells me he has too many patients. He gave me hip injections and spaghetti both of my legs. Every other pain doctor I’ve ever been to has you taken to your car by wheelchair not Dr. Thompson, he just let you walk out. I went down and busted both knees. Called and let him know that he Spaghetti my legs and not even a follow up. Call to see how I was doing.. and he just wants to talk about Giving you more injections does not seem to care if your Hurting or in pain and even discussed putting in a second pain pump, this man will never inject anything in me ever again or do any other medical procedure….!!!!
