As the COVID-19 pandemic is waning in many groups, it is still a real threat to those of us in "high" risk health conditions. i.e.. elderly heart patients.My question is, should we not still be requiring masks in the Doctor's Waiting Room?The administrative assistants and the nurses were extremely professional and friendly as was Dr. Feghali. This makes coming to the doctor's office much nicer. Thank YOU!

Dr. Georges A. Feghali is one of the best/smartest doctors ever in my experience, and I am 76 years old! He is caring, thorough, practical, and wise. He saved my life and continues to provide me outstanding care.

I get really great care with Dr. Feghali. The wait time is much longer than the time with the doctor himself.

Absolute worst appointment process. The lady does not make ANYTHING easy, and practically states they can't help you. I'm a fully insured person. I mention insurance bc that is the ONLY thing she actually asked me "do you have insurance??" During the 3 minute call, she literally came up with EVERY single scenario as to why I couldn't make an appointment. All after keeping me on hold for 7 minutes. OH- and she even told me not to try and book Feghali, which is who I wanted due to positive reviews, stating "oh, he's too busy"
