Very kind, caring Dr. Supposedly, the best for eyelids in Dallas, TX, according to another Dr. of mine. I heard he performs all the eyelids for Dr 's wives in the area. I thought was the best recommendation a plastic surgeon could get. I hope he will perform my next eyelids in 10 yrs. I'll be 77.

Fantastic doctor - surgery was a breeze! What a great doctor and skilled surgeon! I needed to have. growth removed from my lower lid, and - being very sensitive about my eyes - was terrified before I saw Dr. Gilliland. He immediately put me at ease, not with pat reassurances, but rather with his calm, positive, professional approach, and his easy-going manner. I found myself entering the surgical suite with very little fear, and - though it sounds cliched - pretty much blinked and the surgery was over! I was fortunate to experience no pain and zero problems afterward, thanks to his surgical expertise and his great team. I highly recommend Dr. Gilliland!

I've had the absolute best experience with Dr. Gilliland & his entire team. I am three weeks post up from upper eyelid surgery & lower lid laser resurfacing. The process has gone exactly as he told me it would in consultation & the change in my appearance was immediate. I am still in the healing phase. Upper lid scarring is now minimal less than a month out. Lower pad where resurfacing was completed reveals slight skin sloughing at this point, more plump visibility, and barely any redness or bruising now. I was prescribed Tramidol for pain & never needed it to this point. Any pain & discomfort has been easily managed with OTC Tylenol. I cannot wait to see progress in healing over 90 days.

Phenomenal surgeon. Excellent Patient care skills and technically superb. He is know as the surgeon for surgeons for a reason. I am a practicing surgeon and for anyone who needs any type of cosmetic procedure around the eye from now on I’m going to tell the to fly to dallas and see Dr. Gilliland!!
