Perfect surgery. Dr. Anigian removed a scalp cyst that I feared would be problematic -- but now, a couple of months later, there is ABSOLUTELY NO SCAR, everything looks/feels great. I saw Dr. Anigian for a 2nd opinion. I had breast cancer, double mastectomy then an implant rupture which was replaced but it never felt right and was painful. Dr. Anigian immediately knew what the problem was and how to fix it. I am pain free for the 1st time in almost 8 years and I cannot express my gratitude enough. I have been seeing Dr. Anigian for many years. Everytime I have an appointment, it is a wonderful experience. Dr Anigian did an excellent job! However, he failed to listen to what I wanted. I wanted the opportunity to have my breast smaller than because I had been big all my life. My results ending being the same as previously, which was embarrassing to me and people who knew I wanted them smaller. My next big concern was his billing department. She doesn’t understand billing and codes to use, which leaves you with paying for your surgery and not benefiting from your insurance. I put her on the phone with my insurance provider, which they explained what was needed. She got off the phone and told me they didn’t care, but that Dr Anigian was not going to lose money. She suggested I do a payment plan. Because I had paid so much money already, i couldn’t afford for him to do my reconstructive procedure. The office I used was very affordable; everything explained to my understanding and I got the size breast I wanted. Again, Dr Anigian is a good doctor just need to listen and get rid of his billing lady. Outside of the billing lady, he and his staff were very friendly and professional.

Gregg saved my life following a life changing mountain climbing accident. He saved my hands, gave me hope. More importantly, I was always more than just a client to Gregg. He truly cared for me and my family, always giving us the time. I love Gregg!

Dr. A and his staff are fantastic! They were all so helpful during my breast cancer surgery and the reconstruction process that followed. I was so "on the fence" about having the breast implants. The staff was extremely patient with me. They answered my questions and offered encouragement. To this day, I am extremely satisfied with the outcome and more importantly so appreciative of their "holding my hand" through this life changing ordeal! God is so good!

The experience with the staff is just awful on the phone, I found them very rude and unprofessional. I don't know what the Dr. is like but the front desk needs replacing before I would even consider booking anything for my wife or recommending it to others. I was calling in for some help.
