I was born at the hospital. I use to always think this was where I could go for my medical issues. back in 2020 they took care of me like they cared..I did wait about 8 hours but I was think it worth it to see a doctor. Candice was my PA at that time. Felt like home. But when I went a month ago it was felt like a fastfood clinic. Nurses where so rude. I came in with a heart condition and they sent me home with an asprin. the only kind person was Lisa the RNLVN. I would give this hospital a 0 now but Lisa...gave yall a star. Stop treating us like yall dont care. The guy that drew my blood was cracked out.

I love my doctor here. My nurse at the Holding Room Heidi was amazing full of compassion and empathy. Also my nurses at the North Tower room 855N Diana Mariana Betsy Kira and charge nurse Lauren were heaven sent. They took very good care of me.

Overall a very poor journey and experience which I am sad to say. Even now as I am trying to call and get my medical records for my 2 tests which were never shared or offered to share with me I cant get through and the automated phone system just disconnects. I expected and expect much more from Dallas as a whole and Medical City.

Had no problems with my visit or the aspiration test on my knee. The assistant and the PA walked me through the process before they did anything. There was no pain and Praise God he could not draw any fluids frommy knee. Thanks.

I go to the Dallas Hearing Institute within Medical City Dallas. The staff there are very helpful and friendly extremely knowledgeable about hearing its functional importance and how to help low income people be able to afford hearing aids if they need them.

My surgical procedure went as planned. Everyone was extremely nice. They made me feel safe and allowed me to ask as many questions until I felt comfortable. I can remember everyone’s name however Donna one of the day surgery nurses is unforgettable. She was friendly always smiling and new the task at hand. Hopefully I will not need their services again but if I do Medical City Dallas will definitely be the location.
