I was sent to UPMC ICU under Dr. Zeh's care, from a different hospital, with Pancreatitis, and a hole in my duodenum and intestine as a result of an ERCP gone wrong at the other hospital. I also got a bad e-coli infection from the leakage of the perforation. My gall bladder was 4x normal size. No other doctor would take on the surgery. Dr. Zeh got me safely through Intensive Care in critical condition, to a regular room until the infection was clear. When all the swelling went down, he was the one who did robotic surgery on me. (No one else felt competent enough to do any kind of surgery on me). He saved my life, and I will forever be grateful. He also has a pleasant personality, and goes to great lengths to listen to and answer all your questions. He doesn't rush, and doesn't leave the room until you are satisfied that you have all the information that you seek that visit.

This man is a actual life saver! My mom has pancreatic cancer stage four when she started treatment. Dr Zeh believed in my mom and is always hopeful! Chemo shrunk her tumor down to almost nothing, however the fight is back on because scans show some new growth ;’( We know this man is going to save my mother along with the help of our father God!

successfully treated my husband for cancer of the appendix, a rare cancer. Very skilled in the removal of the omentums on his diaphram. inovative methods in the surgery.

Dr Zeh is undoubtedly the best minimally pancreatic surgeon in the US. He is extremely skilled and knowledgeable. I am a physician myself, we went to most of the leading centers in the country before deciding to get the surgery done by Dr Zeh. I recommend him in the highest terms to any patient in the world who needs pancreatic surgery.

You know why Dr Zeh is the best? 1. His surgical skills are exceptional 2. He is extremely honest with his diagnosis in a very compassionate manner 3. He listens to what you tell him 4. While the first three are great, the next is greater, he is not arrogant and condescending Do I like him? Absolutely, with his talent and God's help, he saved my life and I have had very important time to spend with my wife and family that I otherwise wouldn't have had!

Doctor Zeh saved my husbands life. My husband was in another hospital for 6 weeks, He was then transported to Presby. In a week they did more than the other hospital did in 6 weeks. All his doctors at Presby were kind and caring not to mention good doctor's .Zeh was his head doctor. Great job, his employees are also wonderful.
