Dr. Vitali Azouz performed Gynecomastia surgery on my 13 year old son. My son had a very severe case. Dr. Azouz did an amazing job on the surgery and the results are wonderful! Dr. David Azouz & Dr. Vitali Azouz were both exceptional! They were very personable and informative! Neither doctor ever made my husband (their patient) or myself feel like they weren’t invested in our care and well being. They answered every question with detail, but also explained it in such a way that was understandable. We saw them for emergency surgery, but should we ever need any service they provide, we will absolutely use them and refer them!

Dr. Vitali and Dr. David are incredibly gifted surgeons, and i'm very happy I found them. I was in good shape, but I was self-conscious of my body due to having excessive breast tissue. I opted to have gynecomastia surgery along with liposuction in my abdominal area. I'm 10 weeks out from the surgery now, and I already have better results than I ever expected. At 50, I finally have the confidence to take my shirt off at the pool, and I don't have to worry anymore about how my shirt is draping on my chest.

Dr. Vitali Azouz is my hero! Made my whole day. I had a vertical gastric sleeve done out of state and couldn't remove the last stitch myself (4/5 at home). The last one was so stubborn and buried. I was a walk-in, short wait time (40mins) and once he saw me he put me at ease, took care in speaking with me and more. The more: personable, non-judgmental, spoke to me with kindness and respect. No other person I called would see me since it wasn't "their work". CareNow wouldn't touch a "surgery stitch", the only other person who agreed to see me wanted $350 which I don't have. Dr. Vitali made me feel calm which is a big deal since needles, stitches, anything like that freak me out. I'll definitely be back. This is a place where you can trust in their abilities. 10/10 Edit to add: the staff was great to work with too. Easy to speak with, straight to the point, informative, and I can tell they care about their work.

Phenomenal results, I could not recommend them enough! In early January, I began researching practices that would help solve the gynecomastia issue that I'd been dealing with my whole life. I did exactly what you were doing now by reading reviews and comments online about the many options around Dallas. I scheduled a few consultations with different practices to weigh my options. My first visit was with HIM Plastic Surgery and I was immediately sold. Look no further, you found the right spot. My serious concerns about the procedure were 1.) How invasive was the procedure/how visible would the scarring be? and 2.) Would my chest still have a natural appearance after surgery and recovery? HIM Plastic Surgery was quick to walk me through exactly how they would perform the procedure, including explaining just how small the incision would truly be, and showed me the countless results of people with varying body types that he has helped over the years. Trust me when I say that I raised concerns about the scar that would remain post-surgery so many times that I thought I was starting to truly annoy them. I understand gynecomastia can really affect one's confidence. It can negatively affect the way somebody chooses to dress or the activities you decide to partake in. For example, I entirely stopped working out my chest at the gym for 1.5 years to prevent my nipples from protruding any more than they already did. Just like you, I did not want people to know I did the procedure, but more than that, I wanted the freedom and confidence that I deserved in my life. I had my gynecomastia procedure in February and I genuinely could not be more satisfied with the results. The scar is so small and well-hidden that I would argue that there is even a scar at all. Many of my friends have asked where the scar is while standing right next to me because it is that unnoticeable. I can hardly even see it when I stand in front of a mirror three feet away. I feel exponentially more confident taking my shirt off around others. I can finally wear that collection of shirts I had spent hundreds of dollars on that used to collect dust in my closet because I was self-conscious about the two headlights staring anyone who walked by right in the eyes. With all that being said, no one notices or cares about your gynecomastia more than you do. This procedure is not for anyone besides yourself. You owe yourself the favor of lifting that burden off your shoulders and taking control of your life back. Take that leap of faith, give HIM Plastic Surgery a call, and I guarantee your only regret will be that you didn't do it sooner.
