I am very happy with Home Care Book. My aid is always punchal. caring and professional.. Her office checks with me to see if I have any problems every once in a while. They always informed me if there's any changes. If I could give them six stars I would 😊😊😊😊😊😊👩‍⚕️🛀🛌

I regret to say that my experience with Home Care Book was nothing short of a nightmare, both as a former employee and as a client who relied on their services for my family. If I could give them zero stars, I would gladly do so, but unfortunately, one star is the lowest option available. First and foremost, the cost of their services is exorbitant, ranging from $30 to $40 per hour. While one might expect top-notch care for such a price, what we received was far from it. My wife's grandfather was in need of round-the-clock care during his time on hospice, and what we got instead were caregivers who were more interested in catching up on their sleep than providing the attentive care they were hired for. On multiple occasions, I caught the overnight caregivers dozing off while they were supposed to be watching over my wife's grandfather. This negligence is not only unacceptable but also dangerous for vulnerable individuals who depend on these caregivers for their well-being. Moreover, my experience is not isolated. I witnessed similar incidents with other clients during my time there, which raises serious concerns about the company's hiring practices and training protocols. To make matters worse, there was a disturbing incident where a caregiver was caught stealing from a client. This is a blatant violation of trust and showcases the lack of integrity within the company. The management at Home Care Book is utterly incompetent, and there is a glaring absence of leadership. Complaints and concerns are swept under the rug, and there is no accountability for the subpar performance of their caregivers. In conclusion, I urge anyone considering Home Care Book's services to run in the opposite direction. They are not worth the high cost, and the level of care provided is far below acceptable standards. Save yourself the headache, stress, and potential risks involved with this company. Look elsewhere for reputable and trustworthy care providers.

I cannot say enough GREAT things about Allie and the whole staff at Home Care Book. During the most difficult time my family has gone through taking care of my father, they have gone above and beyond to help accommodate every need and request that we have ever asked of them. Through their service they have provided the most wonderful caretakers for us who feel like they are a part of our family now. We are so thankful to have found them and without a doubt highly recommend them to anyone that needs the service.

My step dad has been using home care book for the care of my grandfather. The people in the office are genuine and extremely nice. We haven’t had any issues with the people they send out either. Would highly recommend!

They were always very professional when I called in to schedule a CNA. The CNA were always willing to do what you asked of them.

Worse company ever

Home Care Book, Dallas, Tx has supplied us with such a wonderful, young lady who is SO willing to please and handles everything systematically and thoroughly. We are grateful for her assistance and couldn’t be more thankful! She accomplishes multiple tasks and “fits the bill” to perfection!

We have worked with Home Care Book for several years to provide caregivers for our mother. They have been able to find people who are dedicated to my mother’s needs and provide good companionship for her. HCB always responds quickly to any special requests and they work well with her AL community.

We were very grateful to find Home Care Book when we had an immediate need, from the first week my father was discharged from the hospital and as he's improved. The company is professional and respectful, and the caregivers are very helpful, eager to please, polite and friendly. We are able to customize our schedule as needed and we are only charged for the hours the caregiver is with us, which is also very reasonable. My family and I highly recommend Home Care Book.
