I recently got hired here and I can already tell how awesome they are! The office staff is willing to and does go above & beyond for the commitment of care to their clients as well as staff! They are committed to getting you hours that work with your availability! They provide training to ensure you are confident in providing the care needed for the clients. They provide insensitive to train further for better care! You can tell by the atmosphere that everyone cares so much about what they do.

I’ve been a home healthcare worker since 2003/2004! I love ❤️ what I do! This is the best company I’ve worked for! It’s just nice to feel what my clients feel, love and appreciation! Cheers to Homewatch Caregivers!🥂

Wow what can I say I have worked at a few home are agencies, and I must say that this is the best one. They treat they clients and employees with the upmost respect, A great place to work for, I give them an A+

Updating Nov 2021 Buyer Beware. My caregiver left me completely unattended following my surgery to go meet up with her boyfriend. Homewatch did nothing. HW also did not answer the "emergency" phone line when I called. Be careful of this group. Updated June 2021- I stand 100% by my original review posted in Dec 2017. HW wishes this did not happen and did not respond to me until now in June 2021- over 3 years later (June 16 2021). I still have all the emails, receipts and paperwork- for Homewatch Caregivers of N Dallas. There is no mistake with this review. Poorly managed group hiding behind a Christian facade. I was fooled. Beware. No response in 2017...only responding now to this in 2021- just shows how disorganized they are. Poor management, poor staff-. They are full of all these "God bless you's"; "We care" etc...and I fell for it. Do not be fooled. They are hugely disorganized & mismanaged. The answer below stating they have no record- does not surprise me one bit for a group so unorganized. I do have every piece of paper, every email documenting this incident. Cannot even believe they are still in business. This situation in Dec 2017 easily could have been life threatening- post surgery. Do you really want to take a chance with your health or Life w a group like this? You decide. People need to know. No one in the HW office responded to this urgent situation when the caregiver had left me totally alone after surgery. Wrote everything down & have everything saved so I would never forget details- if I pursued further action. This occurred in Dec 2017. I think even less of them now following their statement below June 2021...over 3 years later they respond. Please protect yourselves. Beware. I recently arrived home after surgery and needed help in immediate post op phase and my caregiver left the house and me alone without telling me. I discovered this when I called for "help" several times, then called her cell phone and no answer and no help. She had left me completely alone- immediately following surgery. The whole reason I hired someone was to be there to help me during first 24 hours when my family was at work. The caregiver I hired through Homewatchers left me completely alone and uncared for at a critical time. I was only several hours post recovery from anesthesia and I was left completely abandoned by this "caregiver". I called the main office for help and no one at the main office answered their phones- even though they say someone is always there- no one picked up the phone to answer at either of the office numbers. I called at least 7 times before someone answered the 24/7 phone line. This whole situation- where the caregiver took off without notice and the fact that no one in the office answered their phone when I called for help- is disgraceful and dangerous. I was told the owner was aware of these issues. I thought she might reach out to apologize for this horrendous treatment. I never heard one word from the owner to apologize or discuss - even by email. They had the gall to charge for the time the caregiver had left the house - while I was paying her to be there. I am still considering how I will deal with this shocking circumstance. I am a nurse and have never seen such an agency be so out of touch. They use "faith" and "caring" terms when speaking- but do not walk the walk or care about you or your family as long as they have your credit card information. Do not be fooled.Would absolutely NOT recommend this group to anyone. I am just glad nothing life threatening came of this. Beware.

This is a caregiving company that really cares about their clients. Their caregivers are professional and treat the person they are caring for with dignity and compassion. I feel like my husbands caregiver is part of the family.

I would like to thank Homewatch for providing such patient and compassionate care for our 97 year old father for the past few years. We are especially grateful to Rachel, his caregiver, who is exceptional! Our father can be a bit "challenging", but Rachel was able to establish a good relationship with our father right away. She is professional, caring, attentive and personable. Thank you so much!

I worked with how much caregivers for over 5 years I have roots with this company and no matter where you work as long as you work as a team and a family and don't ever give up on correcting your craft and the medical field you'll be surprised how far you can go in life as well as with the company work for him for a huge family and we love all our clients. If someone was to tell me when I first started doing this 15 years ago and I find a company that loves doing this job just as much as I do I wouldn't believe it. I'm truly blessed to work with people that feel the same way I do about working with the elderly.

Sharing for a family member:I would not recommend this agency to family or friends. My eighty-two year old oxygen dependent mother found her caregiver sleeping on the couch when she needed assistance to the bathroom at night. My mother had to crawl over the handrails and clean her urine on the bathroom floor while her aid slept. This wasn’t the only incident: another aid left 2 hours and 45 minutes early without notification. Job abandonment! We would not recommend this agency. Ever!

When we were suddenly faced with a transition to home for hospice care, our family realized that we would immediately need more support and care at home for my father-in-law. I called Homewatch CareGivers from out of state on a Friday night at 9pm, and my call was immediately returned. Not only that, but the operations manager showed up on Saturday morning to meet with my mother-in-law and establish immediate care. The caregivers were wonderful. Not only did they provide an exceptional level of care, they also jumped in to help with other household tasks whenever there was a quiet moment. Their consistent care, terrific communication, and quality of service is top notch. They made my father-in-laws' final weeks much more comfortable and gave our family peace of mind. We are very grateful for their services and professionalism.
