Love this place for everything aesthetics in Dallas. I just had a custom facial with Sarena and I walked out glowing and feeling amazing! She walked me through setting up a new skincare routine that would better suit me, and I really appreciate her emphasis on non-toxic products! Definitely coming back for more treatments

I can't say enough great things about HOP, especially Caitlyn, she always explained everything, recommended treatments that she thought I might love, and she was RIGHT! I swear she would do anything to make my impossible last minute appoitements needs becoming possible! She is so friendly, I was always excited to come back and chat with her! Seriously thanks to people like that I will always love to fly back to Dallas and simply do my treatments there, she always makes me feel so comfortable. As an injector I highly recommend Karen! She is so great, caring and knowledgeable, always takes time to chat about anything you need to know about procedure and I loved loved looooooved all the results! And I love to see Paloma for facial, her massages are best and she literally transformed my skin!

Caitlyn and Sydney at the front desk always make you feel at home, and are so helpful in guiding you to the perfect treatments for your goals! HOP is by far the best place in Dallas for any injections or facial needs!! The place is absolutely beautiful and Caitlyn at the front desk is always so helpful and patient with answering any of your questions!! If you are getting a facial, go to Paloma because she has hands gifted from GOD!

Great spa, great service, great people!! However, the only thing that threw me off is when I checked out after my filler/botox appointment it asked for tips??!!. I have no problem tipping service provider but not for a medical procedure (?). After spending around $800, why do you ask me for tips? My injector is amazing and I love her but I never tip my doctor so how is this any different?
