This is my third colonoscopy with Dr. Weiner, and Lord willing, he will still be practicing when I need my next one. He is such a caring man! He cares about your digestive health, but also cares about you as a person. I know it's selfish of me to say this, but I wish he would never retire. When he does retire I wish him the best, because he deserves it, but for now I hope he continues practicing for the next couple of decades! Good and caring doctors are hard to find, so I feel downright blessed that I found Dr. Weiner. I highly recommend him. He has my full trust and support.

Very caring doctor but didn’t know what was wrong or who to send us to next. Because he didn’t know what to do with my daughter,. He left us to fend for ourselves. We finally found a new primary care doctor who knew we needed more than a GI. She referred us right away to a motility specialist in Houston. I feel the primary care shouldn’t know more about motility specialists then the GI. I wondered why he didn’t know anything about the motility clinic in Houston. . My daughter finally got diagnosed and finally got care.

He has made it impossible for me to change Drs in the group. States I won’t help myself which is so untrue. I have a chronic illness which does not have a cure. His lack of empathy and understanding has left me unable to trust him he has stopped me from switching Drs at UTSW Gastroenterology clinic by charting misinformation on my chart. To no avail after requesting a change of Doctors I have been left without a doctor of which I need desperately.

His office staff is wonderful. Very friendly. Know his schedule. Carol and Elaine are awesome. So friendly and very meticulous, definitely similar to Dr. Weiner’s way. Easy to talk to when calling upon anything. Thank you Carol, Elaine, Dr. Weiner.

I am fortunate to have been treated by Dr. Weiner for two things over the past 10 years. Both times my encounters with Dr. Weiner have been ideal. The outcomes have been positive, as well. Also, I really like Dr. Weiner's staff. Something as routine as making an appointment is unusually pleasant.

I have been treated by Dr. Weiner for over 25 years. Before he does anything he performs a through examination. Once he has diagnosed the problem he explains the treatment options and his recommendation. I have more trust and confidence in Dr. Weiner than any of the 30 or so doctors I have seen at Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas.
