Always friendly and professional.
Dr. Khan is incredibly professional and thorough in her explanations. Hilda at the front desk is also wonderful — she walked me through the treatment plan in detail and was genuinely warm and welcoming. What stood out most is how transparent they are. They're open to discussing and negotiating treatment plans, go out of their way to provide all the information you need, and are very flexible with scheduling. Highly recommend this office!
I love the Science tooth paste that Ideal dental provided. I asked the dentist what was a good toothpaste and she told me a story about a dentist that create a toothpaste that had all the ingredients for a good toothpaste. It has worked wonders. I can feel the difference almost instantly.
Visit with Esther, 10/10 experience and quality!
The dentistry at ideal is the best I’ve ever experienced in my entire 72 years of dental experience. The dentist actually showed me exactly how to floss my teeth the proper way, the importance of incorporating the use of a water pick. Upon my last visit, the hygienist told me my teeth were in excellent condition and I’m 72 years young. I always get compliments on how white and healthy my teeth look. Thank you very much Ideal Dental Midway. My daughter and her family plans to start going there. Excellent customer service as well.😊
Very professional team at Ideal Dental on Midway Crossing. The clinic was clean, the staff was welcoming, and the dentist made the whole visit comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back for future checkups
I’ve been visiting Ideal Dental of Midway Crossing regularly, and every single time the experience is awesome. The staff is always so friendly, welcoming, and professional, and they really make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Doctor Khan is truly the best. She is very kind, patient, and great at explaining everything clearly. You can tell the whole team genuinely cares about their patients. I’m always very happy with the care I receive here and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dental office!
BEWARE! On my first visit I did full x-rays and they tried to tell me I had multiple cavities that needed immediate attention. They wanted to drill into my teeth that day. I have never once in my life had a cavity. This type of recklessness can cause life long harm. I refused the drilling and had a simple cleaning done. Against my better judgment I returned 4.5 months later for another simple cleaning. They refused to clean my teeth without doing another full set of X-rays. When I reminded them X-rays for adults are only suggested every 1-2 years, they claimed I was wrong and it was required every 6-months. Again, this was only 4.5 months later, yet they refused to clean my teeth. So I left. Please be careful, these are dangerous people.
This is, without a doubt, the worst dental office I have ever been to. My experience began last year when I went to them for an emergency dental infection. I ended up needing an extraction for the infected tooth and a root canal on another. At that vulnerable time, the office staff/dentist strongly pushed me to get a partial denture to replace the extracted tooth immediately, making it seem like I shouldn't leave the office without one. Trusting her, I paid for the partial. However, I was never informed that I would need additional, dental work before I could even be scanned for the partial I had already paid for. Because I rely on public transportation and chose this office for its emergency services, it has been difficult for me to keep appointments. When I asked if I could transfer my care—and the money I had already paid—to a location closer to my home, I was told no. When I finally managed to schedule an appointment for my follow-up work (a crown and the partial), I was told over the phone that I couldn't get the partial due to this "other needed work." I explained that I had already paid for it and simply wanted the service I purchased. At the appointment, I did get my temporary crown replaced and was scanned for my permanent crown. But the dentist never once mentioned the partial. When I specifically asked about it, she simply repeated what the front office had said: I would need other work done first. I am incredibly disappointed. The actual dental work I have received seems to be of good quality, but the business practices are deceptive and unacceptable. The need for the replacement tooth was pushed on me at a moment when I was in pain, vulnerable, and grateful to have found help. I trusted them because they were, in a sense, "saving my life" from the infection. Had I known the partial came with hidden prerequisites, I would have used that money for the required work instead. I feel lied to, and I no longer trust this office. Today, I finally requested a credit to my account for the cost of the partial. I was told it would take a week for the credit to be processed and then another two weeks to a month for that money to be transferred to another dental office. Given my experience, this feels like it could be another lie. I will provide an update when—or if—the credit actually goes through.
Always pleased with the level of expertise and service.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
