thank u very much I am happy with ur ( teeth cleaning.
Amazing service and great customer service for us doesn’t hurt my 17month old
Every time I have an appointment here I am sitting in the waiting room for close to 30 minutes. I had an appointment scheduled last Tuesday for a clean up and they had me waiting for 40 minutes before they told me they couldn’t even do the clean up because their machine was not working. I got rescheduled to today and as soon as I come in they tell me that the dentist has left for the day. I didn’t even receive so much of a text for a cancellation. The front desk staff is a joke, all they can do is give ingenuine apologies. Place really needs to get their shit together
I'll be honest — I am not a fan of going to the dentist. I've always dreaded it. But from the moment I walked into this office, that changed completely. Diana at the front desk set the tone right away. She was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind — not the rushed, impersonal reception you get at a lot of offices. She made checking in feel easy and comfortable, which goes a long way when you're already nervous. Dr. Chung was excellent — skilled, professional, and reassuring throughout every procedure. Knowing you're in good hands with your dentist makes all the difference, and Dr. Chung delivered that confidence from the start. Then there's Evelyn, the dental assistant. I cannot say enough good things about her. I came in needing three root canals — two on my first visit and a third on a follow-up — so I spent a fair amount of time in that chair. Every single time, Evelyn was attentive, gentle, and incredibly precise. She always checked in to make sure I was doing okay, and she has a calm, reassuring presence that honestly made the whole experience so much better than I expected. She clearly takes pride in her work, and it shows. Beyond the clinical side, the conversations were great too. Everyone here treats you like a person, not just the next appointment on the schedule. It makes all the difference. Let me be clear — if you're someone who avoids the dentist out of fear or anxiety, give this office a shot. The team here — especially Dr. Chung, Diana, and Evelyn — will change your mind. They changed mine.
Nice, clean environment. Friendly, professional employees. Ur bound to leave smiling and with an even sexier smile.
My daughter had her first appointment here today and the whole staff was wonderful, gentle and patient with my 4 year old. I love that they spoke directly to my daughter and they let her know they’re every move so she wouldn’t be afraid and my daughter was able to understand what they were doing which helped her stay still and calm and happy. Will definetly be coming back! ☺️
I feel like this is a big enough issue to leave a review to warn everyone about the potential of this dentist office wrongly charging their patients large amounts of money for errors the business makes. I got my wisdom teeth removed in January of 2025. The service itself was fine and didn’t have any issues with the procedure itself. the dentist and staff were pleasant and kind - I have no complaints about that aspect. HOWEVER, I went in and paid them $1,500 at the time of my appointment for the removal based on my insurance coverage. Everything was fine and I was sent on my way. It wasn’t until 12/4/25 that I began receiving texts and emails stating that i had an outstanding balance of $1,442.00 to pay. Convenient that it came at year end.. when it’s time to balance the books and settle outstanding balances. I called them about this claim and was told that the regional manager, Brittany (I believe), would have to handle this issue & she would give me a call back. I decided to be proactive and give my health insurance a call & with the help of my care advocate, I was connected to the billing department at my insurance company & was told by them that the claim was rejected due to a tax code being input wrong by the dentist office. The care advocate suggested we three-way call the dentist in order to get this handled right away & to avoid a back-and-forth. When getting the dentist office on the phone, the receptionist tried to tell me the same thing (My regional manager wil call you back) but I had told her that I had the insurance company on the line as well, so she transferred me to the manager. My insurance company was able to explain that their was a clerical error on the dentist’s part (something about a tax code being input wrong or left out, can’t recall) however all that would need to be done by the dentist’s office is to update the appropriate code and resend it to my insurance. The manager agreed and told us that she would get that done. However… she didn’t. Lo and behold, on 1/9/26 I received the same automated email stating I still owe them $1,442.00 for the service. I have called the office multiple times and have been told by the receptionist continuously that I should hear back from the regional manager & I am still waiting. This feels like a scam to me. How can they just continue to try and siphon $1,442.00 out of their patient when they were explicitly told that this is an issue on their end? In this economy. Once I get this resolved, I intend to switch dentists IMMEDIATELY & I just urge you to look into your bills if something isn’t adding up. I was told last Friday I was to be called first thing on Monday morning & still haven’t heard anything back. Apparently the regional manager will be in the office tomorrow so I am expecting to get them to rectify their mistake in order to relieve me of responsibility of a large amount that I should not be responsible for. Attached is the call log showing just how many times I’ve tried to contact them to fix this & like I stated the only opportunity they gave me to set this straight was when I had the insurance company on the call. Terrible customer service. One last thing I’d like to note is that they send a link to pay your bill but don’t give you the option to review the charges - that is extremely concerning to me. Make sure you’re calling to get a breakdown of what exactly you’re paying for.
I can't say enough on how kind Ms. Carolyn was to my daughter 5 STARS is not enough!!! My daughter had her four extraction done Friday was in alot of pain come to her appointment today Monday immediately Carolyn was understanding so gentle on replacing her bands. All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process.
