Referred to Ideal dental from a trusted associate and W😳W did they deliver. Called and talked w Stephanie. She was professional, informative, positive and kind. I thought maybe this was a one off. Rare to find a team that works together seamlessly to provide a great experience as well as great customer service! We went in for our appt and tada! The whole team -Stephanie, Christina, Deidre, Dr Benton. AMAZING team! They’re professional, knowledgeable and really care about their patients. Rare to find and we will be going back and referring friends and family. Office was clean, everyone wore masks and I saw employees cleaning areas and using care to help protect against covid. So far so good. Although I chose to move from the Carrollton location to here, not because of orthodontist visits but for dental visits. So far service was fast and no time wasted waiting to be called or getting work done, but didn't expect anything less from orthodontist team. They always rock their service - quick and easy! 👍🏼And the orthodontist team continues to rock!! Service is quick and easy. No time wasted!

My second visit was not so great! Okay the staff was superb especially Stephanie! She is the best! I had 2 teeth extracted with insurance, the price was affordable! I would have given this visit 5 stars but my normal dentist Dr. Benton was out. My tooth was in pain, inflamed and infected. I was seen by MD Melody Basta, big mistake I should have waited for DR BENTON! Ms. Basta was heavy handed and rough with my extraction. I asked her if It would be a good idea to get antibiotics and come back and she said no. I trusted what she said, but after roughly removing my broken tooth She did not even give me any ibuprofen or simple pain meds! I’m in so much pain right now! Lesson learned stick with your normal doctor even if your tooth is hurting you! Stephanie was so caring and helpful but that heavy handed MD Basta needs to practice bring more gentle!

Noticed my front tooth was a little sensitive to temperatures this morning. Checked which places nearby were part of my network, did a quick call and they were able to book me for a check up an hour later. Wow, quick! I came in and everyone was ultra friendly and helpful. Ended up doing a semi-annual clean with them, fully covered by insurance, no issues and found nothing severe either. The experience was as smooth as it gets. Thanks all!
