I’ve been coming to Ideal Image West Village since 2018 and have spent thousands of dollars on laser treatments over the years. One of the main reasons I committed to the treatments in the first place was because they offered a lifetime membership for touchups when I made that big investment. Touch-up prices have nearly tripled, making it feel like I’m paying for full treatments all over again, despite having already invested a significant amount upfront. It’s frustrating and honestly feels like a money grab. This isn’t the kind of treatment or respect returning clients should receive. To be clear, this review is not directed at the amazing staff at the front desk. Those two ladies are always warm, welcoming, and professional. They’re not the problem. The issue lies with corporate and the new CEO, who seem to have no regard for customer loyalty or fairness. If you’re considering laser treatments here please be cautious. The value you’re expecting might not be honored down the line. And let’s be honest in today’s market, there’s no shortage of competition when it comes to laser hair removal. So for Ideal Image to charge these outrageous prices is just unreasonable.

Please avoid Ideal Image at all costs. I drove 2hrs to a scheduled visit only to find out the pricing for my lifetime touchups had tripled in cost with no explanatory reasons!! I was not serviced!! All the additional touch up appointments I have had to pay extra for, on top of already spending 3k for laser hair removal. $379 for a Brazilian & underarm touch up is absolutely absurd. Ideal image is a huge scam!! On top of all of that, I have needed so many sessions, which makes sense since ideal image wants you to come back and spend more money. I only continued to visit because I’m a “lifetime” member but I will never be back and will be sure to let all my friends and family know how much of a ripoff ideal image is. Total waste of my time & money!!

I had an amazing experience with this clinic. They made me feel comfortable, they were very professional and helpful with me because I was a little bit nervous. The whole staff deserves a raise and I would recommend Jasmine as your Nurse she’s the best!!!!

From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely at ease with her warm and professional demeanor. She took the time to explain every step of the treatment, answered all my questions patiently, and ensured I was comfortable throughout the process. Her attention to detail and gentle approach made a real difference, and I genuinely appreciated how much she cared about both the results and my well-being. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. Thank you for making my visit such a positive one!
