List of Infinity Foot And Ankle's Reviews
The Doctor is polite and straightforward as well as the ladies in the front the day of my mothers appointment. However whenever my mother called and asked if there was a Spanish speaker to assist her they hung up, not sure if it was the same employee. So I had to call back and the lady who answered was very blunt and just gave off a very cold attitude. Definitely a first for me, very disappointing and unprofessional for a healthcare setting.
Tested and trusted, my heartfelt gratitude Mrs Sandra Billy for helping me to trade and yield in forex trading, I now believe that Forex is verisimilitude “Most of the important things in the world have been accomplished by people who have kept on trying when there seemed to be no hope at all.” I have been seeing lots of positive recommendations about Mrs Sandra Billy a qualified trader, finally decided to venture her platform which I invested just $2,700 and successfully earned $32,600 in just 7 days, wow!!! what a pleasant experience which was astonishing and surprising then I re-invested continuously. Dr. Patel is absolutely wonderful. The office operations, however, are abysmal. Promised insurance checks aren’t actually done, referrals never happen, appointments will be switched to the PA or an alternate podiatrist even after specifically requesting this to not happen, and on and on.
Dr. Patel is great! Her front office was helpful and got my wife in as soon as possible. She was super accommodating, took time to explain her treatment options and made us feel confident in her skills! Highly recommend for anyone looking for help!
My family have been to see Dr. Patel at Infinity Foot & Ankle many times over the years. Dr. Patel is a top notch podiatrist. Staff are wonderful. For all your foot and ankle issues, there is no one better.
Dr.Patel is amazing, she has always been caring, thoughtful, and put my mom at complete ease. Couldn’t recommend her highly enough, she even follows up to make sure she is doing okay. And her office staff are so helpful with appointments, response time and super friendly! Anyone who has foot pain, yall need go to Dr.Patel!!
I hightly recommend Dr. Patel and Infinity Foot and Ankle. Dr. Patel was very attentive and caring. She listened to all of my symptoms and concerns, answered all of my questions, and thoroughly explained all of my treatment options. Should my family need a foot or ankle surgeon in the future, we will go back to Infinity!
My experience here was not a good one. The first thing Dr. Patel said to me when I saw her "Is this all you have?" regarding the X-rays that my primary care physician had ordered (to see if I needed to be referred to a specialist). When I tentatively told her that I thought so (I'm not in the medical field), she proceeded to vent to me about why these X-rays are insufficient for the purposes that she needed them and blamed my PCP for wasting my money. She said she could do X-rays on-site that were immediate, but would forego them basically as a favor to save me money. Even though she did not take X-rays, she told me immediately after physical examination of my foot that my hallux limitus required a cheilectomy within the year. Strangely, she did not say anything about those X-rays she so desperately needed to see or confirm the degree of joint damage that I had experienced! This determination was made from just a physical examination alone. She said I could prolong the need for surgery if I would like, and stumbled through a very brief explanation of what that would look like. This explanation was ended with, "Though surgery in your case is inevitable and since you like to be active I'd recommend it as soon as possible." Even though there was no way to confirm how bad joint damage truly was at this point. I got a handout on hallux rigidus upon leaving and I asked the nurse, "I thought this was hallux limitus; is this the same thing?" the nurse seemed annoyed and said that it was (spoiler alert: hallux limitus is the condition you have before it progresses to hallux rigidus so actually - they are not really the same thing). Being only 28 and being recommended a temporary fix surgery (9 year average) with a long and painful recovery period that would eventually lead to the need for total joint replacement made the entire experience terrifying. I had little faith without the X-rays to back it up that this was the right choice. I felt very rushed, uninformed, and an overwhelming sense of anxiety due to my appointment. I would not recommend this doctor to others due to my experience. I sought a second opinion from a different office, and everything from the other doctor confirmed that my trepidation to take the recommendation of surgery was a good instinct to have.
Dr. Patel is the best and she has a perfect bedside manner. She cares for her patients and treats you with royalty. She has been treating my foot for 2 years and finally did surgery and I am healing just fine. On a scale of 1 - 10, I give her 100.
Dr. Patel saw me the same day after a referral from my PCP. The office staff was pleasant and efficient, and after x-rays she quickly determined the issue and was able to administer a treatment that was practically magic in alleviating my pain. She did say the treatment was likely a temporary fix, and I would ultimately need foot surgery. But she did not try to pressure me into said surgery. 2 months later, while traveling for work, and just before a schedule cruise, I experienced the issue again, and left a message on the website (it was after hours - I realized I would probably just have to call back the next morning). But no! I received an email response within 30 minutes indicating they would make me an appointment when I came back to town, before my cruise. The ONLY time I've ever experienced a medical professional actually responding in a timely fashion to a web site query. I highly recommend the practice. I've been to both the Dallas and DeSoto locations. Both are great!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
