I have been a patient of Dr. Walters for 6 years now and I believe the man is a miracle worker. He healed my severe back pain on two separate visits with injections. Aside from all the famous patients photos on the walls, Dr. Walters made me feel just as important and treated me with kindness and concern. Not to mention, the front desk reception are all wonderful ladies. But the most important part of my third visit today (4/23/24) after 6 years, was that Dr. Walter assured me that he can heal me again on my back issues. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Walters!
Helped me get back pain relief. Good doctor who obviously cares about his patients.
I am not happy with my visit because I was charged $331 for a 15 minute visit and a few other things. When I came in I had my prefilled out paperwork detailing where I experience pain before my visit and was expecting Dr. Nathan S. Walters to be careful and thorough with his assessment of my injury, but he was not. The guy seemed knowledgeable but very quick to make assumptions without actually being thorough. Here’s why I felt that way: 1) he was very dismissive of my perspective of my injuries when I told him I experience major popping in my shoulder/scapula area saying it is due to aging(mind you I’m only 28). You’d think doctors would care more seeing as the patient is the one who lives with the pain everyday NOT them! 2) he seemed like he was in a rush to get me out of there and talked over me the entire time. And he was trying so hard to convince me it was simply a neck injury and nothing to do with my shoulder when I do in fact experience issues with it You’d think for $330 they’d give you special care and actually listen to you. But instead here they make a 10 minute assessment only to charge you $330 for it without any kind of real help to your actual problem. To make things worse this guy referred me to Crown Imaging for a MRI only to follow up saying I need schedule another appointment (another $330) for him to review it with me. No thanks! If I’m not going to receive real help by that second appointment I don’t think this is the best use of my money! I won’t be coming back for the lack of efficiency and lack of real care these people have for their patients. Go spend your hard earned money somewhere where doctors actually care about you. This isn’t it.
Made multiple appointments here since mid December. Each time I drive to the office for the appointment, the office cancels on me. Today, I had a 2:45 appointment. When I went in the office, they cancelled on me saying I had to be there at 2:30. My response was why wasn’t my appointment set for 2:30. This is the 3rd time this has happened. Good luck scheduling an appointment here.
Great service from the doctor. He was very knowledgeable and we reviewed my MRIs together which was helpful. Unfortunately, I had the same billing experience as another reviewer. I received an out of network bell 2 years late...with no hopes of a discussion with my insurance provider at this point. They do tell you that it is an out of network provider, but the billing office delay seems somewhat strategic. They treated me several time over a course of a year, but I wasn't made aware of the charges until June 2021. The services occurred between 2019 and 2020.
Be careful with this service provider, as they do not inform you that the anesthesiologist is out of network. They came after me two years later to charge me Out of Network charges refused by my insurance. Buyer beware!
Dr Ledoux is great! Very professional! I just wish he took Medicare Advantage PPO..
BEST PAIN MANAGEMENT DOCTOR IN THE WORLD! HERE IS WHAT I WROTE TO THE PUBLISHER OF DALLAS MORNING NEWS: Dr. Mark La Doux, who has cured me from burns during seizures, falls and many other catastrophes.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
