Inwood Village Dental's Online Review Report Card

I love Inwood dentistry, but they were a bit farther than I wanted to go so I went to a new dentist in Arlington for my tooth ache. The Arlington dentist and personnel were nice, but they knew nothing about root canals or how to treat tooth infections. I left that office in tears after they referred me to another dentist. I got home and noticed swelling in my face had gotten worse and I called the Arlington Dentist office and the person on the office told me the dentist was gone at 3:30 pm and off on Friday and I would have to come in on Monday. I hung up and immediately called Inwood Village Dental and Taylor with her pleasant voice came on the phone, I explained how my tooth ached and face was swelling and they were able to get me in that Friday. I got a root canal and medicine for the infection and swelling. I feel so much better I learned my lesson and love Inwood Village Dental they have me as a patient for life.

After not having a good experience at my previous dentist, I was hesitant to find a new dentist I trusted. I found Inwood Village Dental, and they completely relieved any nerves I once had. The whole team along with Dr. Prida herself were so welcoming and attended to my needs with ease. Thank you to this team!

I have been going here for the past couple of years and it’s been a great experience. The receptionist Bri is very welcoming and is great at communicating my upcoming appointments. The waiting lobby is very upscale and comfortable. I have had problems with my other hygienists but Noor is one of the best she takes her time and answer's all my questions. Dr. Prida has an amazing personality and takes the time to get to know my concerns. The woman who went over the pricing I believe was named Taylor and did a great job not making me feel pressured to go a certain way. I would give them a 10/10 for the service and professionalism.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Inwood Village Dental. From the moment you walk in, the entire team makes you feel welcomed, comfortable, and truly cared for. Dr. Prida is exceptional — knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly thorough. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and never makes you feel rushed. I always leave feeling confident that I’m receiving the best possible care. The entire staff is professional and kind, but I have to give a very special thank you to Trish. She is the assistant who always takes care of me, and she is simply amazing. Warm, professional, friendly, and genuinely caring, she has such a calming presence that makes every visit easier. You can tell she truly loves what she does and cares about her patients. Going to the dentist isn’t always something people look forward to, but Inwood Village Dental has completely changed that for me. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding dental care with a personal touch.

Hands-down, the absolute best dental experience I’ve ever had. After seeing four different dentist that basically said they could not help me. I came across Inwood Village dental and figured I would Get one more opinion before I made my decision. Thank God I did. DR. DAVINA PRIDA Reassured me that she could definitely help me and she did. Everybody from the staff to the Dentist is absolutely amazing. They made me very comfortable and very confident that when I walked out of there, my problem would be fixed and that’s exactly what they did. I would definitely recommend in what village dental!

I gave this office multiple chances to make things right; however, it never ended in a full resolution. I’m not one to bash anyone or leave bad reviews, but I do believe strongly in honesty and transparency. I went to this office and it felt like somewhere I could trust, so I decided to continue care here. I had 3 things done. Each visit, I waited upwards of four hours and still had to return again to “finish” treatment. On two occasions, I was rescheduled while already in the chair. After the second time, I went to two different dentists for a second and third opinion. Both offices told me the same thing: all three issues were done incorrectly, and there were other major problems that had never been mentioned to me. This resulted in thousands of dollars more spent, significant time lost, and multiple follow-ups with this office to try to make things right and have them acknowledge what happened, which they did. It’s extremely disappointing when you trust people to do the right thing and they don’t. Spend your money somewhere else; somewhere they care and do the right thing. You’ll also save yourself hours of time and a lot of money.

I only went to them because they were close. They lied about a filling needs to replaced and I needed a crown. I requested a night guard they didn't want to do that. They tried to sell me Invisalign and telling my bite is doing something it's not. I will not be going back there. I'm glad I went to my old dentist to get a second opinion.

I had an emergency happen before I had to get on a plane to get to a business meeting, they immediately helped me get a time to fix my tooth before I took off and the service could not have been any better! I highly recommend this team and their incredible culture!
