Extremely knowledgeable in the field of Endocrinology. She consulted and treated my mother as part of a larger clinical team at UTSouthwestern. Highly recommend, also very kind and patient with family members questions and concerns.

Was recommended by another doctor to Dr Hussain. She does not make eye contact. Wanted to jump off the Telehealth call and I had to keep asking her to elaborate. No bedside manners. Very disappointed with her and her visit. Scheduled unnecessary tests. Would avoid her as a doctor. Not at all caring and kept blaming me instead of trying to get to a solution.

Dr Hussain wasn't very interested in my health history and didn't really seem to care about me as a patient if I didn't fit into a box. I switched endos to Dr. Ali.

First Dr to truly listen and care. Working with her to get my correct dosage of medication. She ask questions,listens, did an ultrasound..... Very compassionate!

It was very scary when I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer but Dr. Hussain explained all my options and got me to the right treatment. She knows all the surgeons at UTSW and can get you in for an appointment quickly.
