I am not from here and I was in desperate need of botox and my lips. I am so glad I found this place. Rebecca was awesome and I am so happy with my lips and botox. The place is so cute inside.

I am so glad I started my laser hair removal treatment here. I've been to two sessions out of six and I love what I see so far! The staff is super nice, the facility is gorgeous! I was hesitant and embarrassed to come in for treatment but everyone made me feel so comfortable and made it seem so natural. I want to start treatment in other areas now. I can't believe it took me this long to just go and do it! Highly recommend laser hair removal with these gals!

REBECCA is amazing!!!! She is so worth driving to Dallas!! We drove 3 hours just to come see her, This spa is amazing and so gorgeous!!!! Super classy and I will def be back! And the staff is super sweet as well!

I just had my first appointment at Its a secret Med spa and they went above and beyond from start to finish. The place is really nice and inviting, and the front desk girl was really sweet. I had my lips done by Rebecca and they turned out amazing!! She was extremely easy to talk to and made me feel really comfortable the entire time. Ive also struggled with acne scars and we went over a few of my options. We decided to inject my scars with filler to smooth them out. I can't wait to see how it turns out. I'm obsessed with my lips ! Thanks Rebecca and It's a Secret Med Spa! Can't wait for my next visit!

My first impression of It's a Secret Med Spa was elegant, cute, and clean! I LOVE the decor. Lisa did my lips and did an amazing job. This was my first time getting lip injections and she made me feel very comfortable and she calmed my nerves (I really don't like needles). Lisa is so sweet and very knowledgeable. She fit me right into her schedule and it was a quick and easy process. I was amazed with the results and my experience was better than I expected. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Definitely going back to Lisa!

Lisa is the most skilled injector I have ever met! She has injected my lips for more volume, my undereyes to fill in the hollows and minimize dark circles and undereye lines, as well as Botox for my Crows feet and a brow lift so I actually have an eyelid!! So SO impressed with this place and her work. I never have a wait time, she is always so professional and takes her time and really listens to what it is I want to have done. The place is always super clean! My bruising and swelling is always completely minimal with no downtime. She has done my lips more natural and more plump depending on what I have asked for. This place is a gem!! Lisa is amazing!! There is NO reason not to make an appt with her!!

Love this med spa! It is modern, clean, and feels very upscale. It almost feels like a cool lounge you'd want to hang out at. Courtney has done my Botox several times and she does a great job. She is very professional, and doesn't try to talk you into getting more than what you want.

I love it's a secret ! I go to Rebecca who is so sweet and AMAZING at fillers and Botox. I absolutely love going to her and won't let anyone else touch my face! She takes her time and is very personable and easy to talk to! Won't go anywhere else!
