I saw Valerie in July 2023. This was my first time getting filler. I was hesitant to touch my face , because I had a bad microblading experience that led me to eyebrow removal. Eyebrow removal was brutal and expensive. I shared my concerns with Val. She listened. She educated me. She asked about my expectations and then shared what realistically would happen. I had filler in my cheeks, nasiolabial folds and a little under my eye. People kept telling me and still tell me how great my skin looks. I hear how rested I look all of the time. I love my results 6 months later. I exercise 3 to 4 times a week (I read exercise can cause your results to diminish sooner). I try not to sleep on my side. My results are holding up great. Prior to my appnt, I had a virtual consultation with Val. The spa is upscale and gorgeous. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I totally felt like I had been spending money there for years. Filler with Val will be part of my annual routine. I plan on adding other treatments, too.

Valerie did my lips and she was great! I absolutely love them and will be back. The front desk ladies are incredibly nice and welcoming.

I'm never going anywhere else EVER! I went for the first time about a week ago because I had gotten lips fillers elsewhere and my lips were too big and I hates the way they looked on me. So I made an appointment with Valerie and as soon as I sat in her chair she knew exactly what product the previous MedSpa had used on me. She made me feel really comfortable and she's very knowledgeable. We dissolved my lips before filling them up again and she made it quick and easy. I went back a week later to get cheek fillers and lip and my lips look amazing. She made my whole face look softer. I absolutely love her to where I'm going back to get chin and jawline. Everyone from the front staff to Valeria are all so great. I'm very pleased! And I'm going to keep returning.

Sooooooo I have to start by giving one specific woman a shout out at this location! Kalynn McGinnes. I have been seeing her every month for the past 3 years. Not only is she an absolute angel of a human and super easy to talk to. She is incredibly knowledgeable about every single aspect of her job. From the ingredients in a serum or peel, to the science behind a laser. She's also very honest about what you need and what could potentially be a waste of money for your body type or skin type. That's hard to come by these days. I truly trust her with anything and know she'll have my best interest and bank account at heart. Aside from Kalynn, the entire staff is incredibly kind and professional. The spa is gorgeous and clean! I love it!

I LOVE this place, but what really makes it special are the girls & their memberships. I have the "Secret" membership & it's been a game changer for me! I have been seeing Carly for monthly hydro facials, we've done a chemical peel, skin tightening & laser hair removal. She absolutely makes my day everytime I come see her. Not only is she so professional, sweet & makes your experience relaxing she is soooooo good at what she does! My skin has NEVER looked or felt better after implementing her recommendations & consistently seeing her. I am constantly getting compliments and being asked what I do to have glowy skin. I always tell people - go see my girl Carly!! Since last August, I've been seeing Alisha for my lip fillers & Dysport. She is so professional, sweet, explains every time why she is giving you the amount she is & won't recommend you do something you don't need for the goals you have in mind. My lips look & feel so natural. I always get compliments on them!!

The experience I had at it's a secret med spa was top tier. I have never had any type of Botox/ filler done before so I was nervous coming in. The facility was clean, the staff was so friendly and welcoming and transparent about the process. Alisha did the work on my lips and face and she was AMAZING. She was so sweet, professional and personable. She explained the process and answered all of my questions before the procedure even began. I highly recommend coming here if you're on the fence about botox and/or filler.

Alisha is by far the most knowledgeable and patient injector I've ever gone to. She always listens to exactly what I'm wanting done and gives me reasons behind everything behind her process which makes me feel extremely secure with her. She is the only person I trust with my face, HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Valerie is the literal best!! And she's SO SMART!! she explained everything so thoroughly and why I should / shouldn't get what treatments! I've never had someone be so thorough before Botox! Love her so so much!!!

Alisha is seriously amazing!!! I'm referring everyone to her. She's so patient and realistic and definitely knows her stuff. I'm sad I'm pregnant and have to wait to go back to see her! She made me look amazing for my Singapore trip in April
