Horrible doctor!!!! I look like I could be the Star of the tv show BOTCHED!!!! Due to his incompetence, I was forced to have TWO 12 hours surgeries for a breast reduction and tummy tuck. And, I still have internal pain, the breasts are not same size or positioned correctly. My stomach is still swollen and sore and after 3 months he is saying I no longer need his services and to find another doctor if I continue to have problems. I had an appointment two weeks ago and voiced my concerns about my healing and the issues I am having and Dr. Hopkins got mad. He also had me inappropriately unclothed in the examination room while he was discussing personal issues. His staff are the worst I’ve ever encountered….rude, disrespectful, blatantly lie and are abusive! I have also reported him and his staff to Adult Protective Services for their elder abuse! That entire office is a nightmare! I have file complaints with the Medical Board, the Insurance Company and Medicare. I also have retained an attorney, as my health has been jeopardized and my body is disfigured due to his negligence. He needs to retire as he is destroying people’s lives and doesn’t really care!

Dr. Hopkins performed cosmetic surgery on me that I definitely needed. When I saw him and explained what was going on, he totally understood my problem and explained the process of what he would do to correct the problem. He did a wonderful job. He and all of his staff worked so well together, appointments and surgery scheduling went very smoothly. Surgery at the hospital went smoothly, and everyone was so kind at the hospital as well. My recovery has been excellent with no problems. I most definitely recommend Dr. Hopkins for surgery and I feel very fortunate that I found him to perform my surgery 😊

Dr. Hopkins is a very experienced plastic surgeon who is also very pleasant. My experience with him has produced excellent results which has improved my confidence and appearance. I am happy to have chosen him as my physician.

Dr.Jeffery Hopkins is a great doctor I had my surgery in the year of 2011 the only problem was that I went into cardiac arrest during my reconstruction eye surgery and when I asked what happened they told me nothing happened but I seen and I heard everything I'm remember a Caucasian lady said we losing her and she jumped on top of me and started pumping my chest and placed an oxygen mask on my face and I was gone I remember seeing 6 doctor working on me and as they were working on me I seen my body on the operating table I was in the air looking down at my body and the doctors working on me I didn't feel anything then I seen pitch black and I woke up in the recovery room after I woke up they was trying to throw me out of Charlton Methodist Hospital when I started throwing up and my eyes started bleeding my husband was very upset they didn't care I was sent home and when I went home I was having chest pain went to my my follow up appointment asked the nurse what happened why my chest was hurting she said maybe it was anesthesia I said oh okay and I never told them what happened because they already knew what happened on my paperwork it said if she continues to have congested heart failure problems please return every since that day I have been having heart problems after I walked out of the room I seen Mr.Hopkin look at me and he didn't say anything I thank God that he let me see everything that happened to me that day I knew something was going to happen because I kept praying and I didn't feel peaceful and they called me into surgery an hour early and my husband hadn't arrived yet I knew deep down inside something was at to occur after this happened I haven't had anymore surgeries at this hospital.

I would like to leave a review for Dr. Hopkins and his entire team. They are truly a wonderful group, starting with the front office manager, all the way down to Carolina and Dr. Hopkins himself. They have taken such great care of me, and I am truly grateful. I thank God for Dr. Hopkins and his team. He is an amazing provider plastic surgeon with excellent bedside manner. He doesn’t rush in and out of the room—he actually sits with you, talks with you, and asks questions, making sure you feel heard and cared for. Kudos to Dr. Hopkins and his wonderful team.
