I've left reviews on more than one platform. It's not just Dr. Jake - it's his whole office staff and medical team. I'm so blessed/fortunate/lucky (pick one) that he was the cardiologist on call when I had my heart attack in April 2021. This man AND HIS STAFF actually cares about you and your well-being. They have been so responsive, professional and courteous in all the follow-ups, questions and everything else I've had. I'm forever grateful!! Another note - his nurse Colleen - God bless you lady...you're amazing.

Dr. Jake's practice is fantastic! He and his staff are always accommodating to any questions we may have and provide excellence service. They even worked with us on options when my family member left their medication in a hotel on a trip.

Dr. Jacob Chemmalakuzhy is by far the absolute best cardiologist out there and believe me I have seen MANY in my years, I have a congenital (since birth) heart defect along with Afibs. He has been my Dr for many years now and I hope to grow old with him. I have never had a a more thoughtful, caring and through doctor before. I now hold all of my doctors to this standard. He will never send another to see you, he and his staff will always do their best to help you and he listens, he truly listens to you. I HIGHLY recommend him for any of your cardiology issues. He also now heads up the heart transplant facility for Medical City and if or when the time comes, I will put my life in his hands and feel secure in that decision.

This Young man is Amazing! I was able to learn and understand in 30 minutes, more about the symptoms I have been having for a decade, with little tono explanations from the other cardiologists I have visited in the past. He truly Listens then gives an explantion that lay people ACTUALLY can understand.Thank God,and thank you Dr. Jake for being a grateful part in my life..And his STAFF, absolutely AWESOME!

This doctor is not only courteous but approaches care with common sense. That is very important to me. He includes me in my own health care decisions. Very rare these days.

Dr. Jake is the best - he's extraordinarily qualified in his field and treats me with respect and interest. The staff is great - they're quick to help and don't leave you waiting for too long,. I was referred to him and did my research before my appointment on him and his reputation. I'll never go anywhere else.

I was his patient for almost a year every time when I see him he's in hurry he didn't even sit for a minute. He would enter in room and just stand for less than a 2 minutes and rushes out of the room. he's never available when I feel sick and whenever I called him, he never called me back. When I asked him about never answering my calls he said " I don't have to call you back, I am busy and have a life" He doesn't care about his patients at all. He just cares about getting a paycheck.

Affectionately called Dr. Jake. He was a referral from a friend that suffered a heart attack and saved his life. 2 years later that friend gave a toast, in absentia, to Dr. Jake while hosting his daughters wedding for allowing him to see her get married. He is one of the finest doctors in town. I love his compassion, competence and humanity. He is very thorough and interested in my overall health. I have never felt rushed or waited more than 15 minutes to see him.

My visits always go great! He is a doctor who listens and cares for his patients. I highly recommend this doctor. And the staff is wonderful.

I have been a patient of Jacob for more than 10 years. A very knowledgable, and compassionate caregiver. Always a very personable demeanor tries to be helpful and the trait I admire the best is his straight forward speak. A firm, straight forward but caring communication helps the patient to understand, which empowers the patient to want to make correct health decisions and feel good about doing so. This guy helped save my life. I am a believer.
