The back office team at Jefferson Dental & Orthodontics is amazing—dentist, hygienist, and assistants are all friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. My favorites are April and the male Dentist. The front desk staff, however, are rude, condescending, and unhelpful. There’s little to no communication, no follow-up, and they don’t seem knowledgeable when asked basic questions. No accountability in their mistakes either. I will not be returning solely because of the front office experience. All calls are recorded—management should review them, as they reflect these issues clearly.
