I've been seeing Dr Jones for 2 years ever since I moved to Dallas. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The dental assistant Citlali was amazing when I needed a crown put in. It was my first crown and Citlali walked me through the procedure.

I finally found my family dentist and they are the best in DFW. From Jessica the new office manager who is always so kind, to Norma who checks you out so nicely and funny. Nellie is the best Hygienist you can ever have. I found my new home and I am so pleased with them. Thank you so much, I highly recommend!

Went in to have a filling replaced, and Dr. Saffold was very personable and attentive to my comfort and pain level. The filling turned out great, and I’m no longer in pain. Highly recommend!

I have had several cleanings and recently had treatment on receding gums. I couldn't be happier! Friendly staff, clean office, right on time, and the dental work and cleaning were perfect! I'm grateful to have found this new dentist to the practice! I highly recommend!! Great experience!

Recently visited and Dr. Saffold was awesome! Super friendly and knowledgeable and gentle. I have had a hard time finding a dentist I like and finally have!

Called and made appointments for me and my husband 6 weeks ago. The receptionist asked multiple times if it was for two separate appointments and took both of our information. My husband travels for work and whenever he’s in town we share one car, which is why we had to schedule 6 weeks out, because that was the earliest they had two appointments available. My husband had to take off work for our appointments and when we showed up, they only had his appointment scheduled and was told all their hygienists were booked up, so I couldn’t be seen. The entire point of booking so far out was so that we could be seen at the same time and not have to make multiple trips or have to spend money on Ubers to get there whenever he’s out of town. We ended up leaving without either being seen. An absolute waste of the very limited time we had available and a waste of a sick day. We will not come back.

I had been to a couple other Dentist and I wasn’t happy with the outcomes but I can honestly say Dr. Jones did a great job with my dentures his staff was great and the facility was very nice and he’s taking good care of my best friend now and I don’t have to worry about it because he’s in good hands so in a nut shell Dr.Jones is the Bomb💯💪

Going into this dentist seemed like a great dentist. Even with being I was sent the wrong address which lead me to drive Downtown which should have been specified in my appointment letter. Ok I get there staff seemed to be pretty nice. Up until leaving the front desk workers are very lazy I never after waiting for 30mins for documents. I was later told I can leave that they would be sending documents to my email never gotten the documents until a week later. Didn’t get appointment to scheduled so that the process could get started. So I called my insurance to see if they sent over the claim Remind you this is 2 wks later. They replied as no claim has been submitted. And the following day I get an unprofessional text message from 1 of the staff. That was very unpleasant. And here iam 3 going on 4 weeks later still no follow up appointment or no claim had been submitted. Please take my advice and go else where if you want proper service. Update: The lady at the front desk is very rude and unprofessional and will go back and forth with customer which is very unprofessional instead of listening and trying to understand the customer. She’s very arrogant!!!!!!
